We’d like to clarify that every bonus offered by an online casino is subject to specific terms and conditions, which may include requirements such as a minimum deposit, wagering requirements, and maximum cashout limits.

In your case, we can confirm that the bonus you used was subject to a maximum cashout limit.

We sincerely apologize for any disappointment this may cause. However, this is a specific condition of the bonus, and due to this, we’re unable to credit the additional amount you requested.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding the applicable bonus terms.

Should you need anything else, we are happy to assist.

Warm regards,

That’s their reply.

i asked to close the account permanently after that. They didn’t reply

That reply confirms the casino is relying on a maximum cashout condition, but it doesn’t explain the specific limit or reconcile the different amounts mentioned earlier. It also doesn’t show what their technical review found, so we still can’t establish whether the deduction was correct.

I understand why you’ve decided to close your account after this experience. When did you send the permanent closure request, and can you still log in? Keep a copy of that request and any response so there’s a clear record of when you asked them to close it.

I asked for the closure on October 7th.

they told me to send email. So i sent them email for a closure.

they told me to wait for a reply.

then I got this reply

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out and for being open about what you’re experiencing - I truly appreciate the honesty, and your well-being always comes first.

If you’d like, before proceeding with closure, I can temporarily pause your account for 7 days or any other period that’s comfortable for you. This gives you time and space away from the platform without permanently closing everything right away. Many players find it helpful to take a short break before making a final decision.

Your safety and comfort are my priority, so please feel free to tell me what feels right for you. I’m here to help.

i asked them again on the same day to close it permanently and they didn’t respond yet.

Hi, Today i lost 1k usd with them. Even though i asked them for closure and they keep ignoring my request. I have no idea what to do

I’m sorry to hear you lost another $1,000 after asking for permanent closure. Offering a temporary pause doesn’t confirm that your permanent closure request was carried out.

In your October 7 email, did you explicitly tell them that gambling was causing you harm or that you were struggling to control it, or did you ask to close the account because of the bonus dispute? The exact wording matters when assessing the losses that followed. You can share that wording here with personal details hidden.

For now, please avoid further deposits. You can also use BetBlocker, a free tool that helps restrict access to gambling websites, without waiting for the casino to respond.

This is my email to them

Dear rakebit and Nile King Media Ltd,

I am submitting a formal complaint about my account

Timeline

16 Sept 2026: I emailed you: "I want to close my account forever pls."

17 Sept 2026, 18:50 (Telegram) and 20:13 (email): I wrote: "I'm getting gambling issues and need to close all my accounts permanently. I'm asking you to immediately close it." Your team asked me for a written reason by email, and I waited hours for replies. On 18 Sept I objected to being asked to complete a form to close a gambling account and was told it was standard procedure.

18 Sept 2026: The account was closed.

2 Oct 2026: I asked for the account to be reopened. I accept that I answered your questions and said I took responsibility. You asked me to confirm that I had "never had a gambling addiction", 14 days after I had told you in writing that I had gambling issues.

3 Oct 2026: At 00:36 you emailed me a "$50 Cash Bonus" offer for a $20 deposit. On the site I was also shown, in substance, an offer of a 100 bonus for a 50 deposit. I accept that I used these offers and deposited, and I lost approximately €150 that day. After that, I told your live chat support, in substance, that I have gambling problems and asked for the account to be closed. I also wrote by email: "I just want to close it." Your VIP team replied that it was "a pity" to see me leave after "all the progress" and asked me to explain my reasons. I do not have copies of the chat or the on-site offer, and I ask that your records of both be preserved and provided.

6 and 8 Oct 2026: I again asked for closure. On 8 Oct, Emma thanked me for being open about "what you're experiencing" and offered a 7-day pause instead of closing. I replied that I preferred permanent closure.

10 Oct 2026: The account was still open, and I lost approximately €1,000, deposited in crypto.

Separately, on 5 Oct I raised a dispute about a bonus deduction. That is not the subject of this complaint.

Complaint

You knew from 17 Sept that I had reported gambling problems and asked for permanent closure. You reopened the account 14 days later on a one-line confirmation, without any meaningful assessment.

After the reopening, I was offered deposit-linked bonuses.

When I told you again that I had gambling problems and wanted closure, I received retention messaging and an offer to pause, and the account stayed open until 10 Oct.

Responsible-gambling duties do not end when a player reopens an account.

Requests

Reimbursement of the approximately €1,000 lost on 10 Oct 2026, and a review of the approximately €150 lost on 3 Oct.

Exact timestamps for each of my closure requests (16 and 17 Sept; 3, 6 and 8 Oct), how each was handled, and the times of closure and reopening.

The full live-chat transcripts from 3 Oct 2026, including the conversation in which I told your support team that I have gambling problems.

Records of the 2 Oct reopening, including any responsible-gambling assessment and internal notes.

My full deposit, withdrawal, bet and bonus history from 17 Sept to 10 Oct 2026, including a log of all promotions offered or displayed to me, with dates.

A reasoned written decision, and the name of the licensing authority and independent complaints body you consider applicable to me.

Confirmation of the legal entity operating my account and the email address for complaints and data protection requests.

Please preserve all records relating to my account. I have kept the emails and screenshots. If this is not resolved, I will escalate to the Kansspelautoriteit, the licensing authority, and the data protection authority.

This timeline adds an important detail, you explicitly reported gambling problems before the account was closed in September, and again after it reopened in October. The reopening process and the handling of your later closure requests are therefore relevant to assessing the subsequent losses.

The confirmation you gave when requesting reopening doesn’t, by itself, settle whether the casino handled the situation appropriately. Since your complaint is already open with us, our team will assess the original communications and account records. Please follow their guidance and provide anything they request.

Has RakeBit now confirmed that your account is permanently closed, or is it still accessible?

Update on my complaint (SamuelCheng123): Rakebit paid my first five withdrawals (about 44,500 USDT) without a word. When my balance reached about 130,000 USDT, support said "under investigation" for 10 days, then closed the account on 20 Feb 2026. Reason given on 12 May: clause 16.3.1 (multi-accounting / shared IP) and 17.1 (anti-fraud) - no logs, no evidence, balance not released. I used a commercial VPN which the site advertises as "VPN-friendly", I have one account, and I played RNG blackjack only. In March they wrote I was "welcome to create a new account". My complaint here was closed because I did not reply in time; I have asked for it to be reopened and sent the correspondence. I have also filed with an Anjouan-approved ADR provider and reported the licensee to the licensing authority. Anyone else notice the closure came right when the balance got big, or been closed for "shared IP" while on a VPN?

SamuelCheng123
πριν από 4 ημέρες
gbgr

Thanks for the detailed update, Samuel. The exact dates, the clauses cited by the casino, the five successful withdrawals, and the later message saying you were welcome to create a new account are all relevant additions to what you originally shared.

The timing of the account closure alone does not establish what happened. The important question is whether the casino can substantiate its allegations concerning multiple accounts, a shared IP, or fraud, and how the VPN use and access to the region-restricted blackjack game relate to the terms that applied at the time.

Since your Casino Guru complaint was closed after the response deadline was missed, requesting its reopening and sending the correspondence was the appropriate next step. Please watch the complaint thread and your email for the Complaints Team’s response. If the case is reopened, continue providing case-related updates there rather than submitting a duplicate complaint. Make sure the team has the original emails, your withdrawal history, the casino’s March message, and a dated screenshot or copy of the "VPN-friendly" statement and the relevant terms.

Could you also clarify one difference in the figures? Your original post mentioned approximately $60,000 in successful withdrawals, while this update refers to five withdrawals totaling around 44,500 USDT. Do these amounts cover different transactions?

πριν από 4 ημέρες
gbgr

Thank you, Jaroslav. On the figures: the "about $60,000" in my first post was an estimate from memory, written after my account was locked and before I had gone through the blockchain records. What I can verify on-chain (USDT on Solana) is 44,502 USDT in five withdrawals on 8 and 9 February 2026. I do not claim more than I can document. There may be other transactions (other wallets or networks) that I have not been able to trace; the casino's own records will show the full history. I will make sure the Complaints Team has the original emails, the March message, my withdrawal records, and dated copies of the "VPN-friendly" statement and the terms. Any new developments I will post in the complaint thread.

Follow-up for the Complaints Team, as requested. (1) I have a screen recording of the casino's Terms of Use made on my phone on 21 February 2026, the day after the closure email; the phone lock screen at the end of the recording shows that date. The terms shown are effective 12 June 2025 and name Innovex Tech Holdings Ltd (reg. 15736), the entity in the closure email. (2) Clause 16.3.1 reads: "Only one Account for each household, IP address and computer device is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer device, Rakebit.com must be informed by the respective Accounts' holders." By its wording it concerns two or more users sharing a household, IP address and device. I am one person with one account, and the casino has never identified a second user or account. (3) The casino cites clause 17.2 ("the User will not be notified or informed of the reasons") to disclose no evidence. (4) On the "VPN-friendly" point: the recording shows the Terms of Use page only, not the homepage. The Wayback Machine captures I checked do not show that wording on the homepage before October 2026, so I am not relying on it as proof of what the site said at the time unless I can find a dated copy. I did use a commercial VPN (NordVPN). I have sent the recording to the ADR provider and can provide it to the Complaints Team as well.

πριν από 4 ημέρες
gbgr

Update on the VPN point, with dated evidence. Rakebit's own account on AskGamblers (shown as "Rakebit Casino" / "The RakeBit Team") publicly replied to player reviews. On the Internet Archive capture of that page dated 14 August 2025, the casino wrote: "Kindly note that we are a VPN-friendly casino, so you are free to choose any available country to log in from" (shown as 3 months earlier, about May 2025) and "our platform is VPN-friendly, allowing many players to access the casino from various locations around the world" (shown as 4 weeks earlier, about July 2025). Archive link: https😕/web.archive.org/web/20250814151425/https😕/www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/reviews/rakebit-casino - These statements pre-date the closure by months. For completeness: I have not found a dated copy of the casino's own homepage with that wording, and the casino's Bonus Policy lists VPN use as bonus abuse (I had no active bonus). I have also sent this to the ADR provider.

Thank you for these additional details, Samuel. It is good that you clarified the difference in the withdrawal figures and are only claiming the 44,502 USDT that you can currently verify.

The dated recording of the terms and the archived statements made by RakeBit about being VPN-friendly are both relevant evidence. I also appreciate that you clearly distinguished what you can document from what you have not been able to verify.

Please provide all of this to our Complaints Team through your reopening correspondence, including the original recording and archive link. Your complaint remains closed for now while the reopening request is considered. If it is reopened, the team will assess this evidence together with any technical evidence provided by the casino.

Thank you, Jaroslav. I have emailed the Complaints Team (Complaint ID 209910) with the terms recording, the dated stills, the archive link and a note of the third-party sources, as you advised. I will post any further developments in the complaint thread.

Perfect, thanks for the update.

You've now provided the Complaints Team with the additional evidence we discussed, so I think the best step at this point is simply to wait for their response regarding the reopening request.

If the complaint is reopened, you can continue adding any meaningful new developments directly there, as you mentioned.

For now, I don't think you need to send anything else unless the team specifically asks for it.

For anyone looking for the full details of my case in one place (timeline, the clause the casino relied on, Rakebit's own public "VPN-friendly" replies in an archived page, and the Central Bank of the Comoros' written reply about the Anjouan licence), I have put them together here: https😕/onepersononeaccount.blogspot.com/2026/10/rakebit-closed-my-account-for-shared-ip.html - It is my own account and I will keep it updated. The complaint team already has the documents.

πριν από 22 ώρες

Warning for players, with a source. Rakebit's "Anjouan Gaming" licence (ALSI-202602030-FI2) has no legal standing, according to the Central Bank of the Comoros. Its financial intelligence service replied to me in writing on 16 October 2026 (text of the reply: https😕/i.postimg.cc/g2w5Zmfk/comoros-reply.png ): the bodies that issue these licences are not recognised, have no mandate to license online gaming, and their licences have no legal validity under Comorian law. What this means in practice is my opinion: there is no recognised regulator or enforceable dispute process behind this casino. In my case, after five withdrawals were paid, my account was closed and about 130,000 USDT kept, citing "shared IP", with no evidence shown. Similar reports of withheld balances exist on Bitcointalk and Trustpilot. Please be careful, only deposit what you can afford to lose, and withdraw winnings promptly.
