Έκανα πριν 15 μέρες λογαριασμό, έστειλα τα έγγραφα που μου ζήτησαν, μετά έστειλα κι άλλα, όμως ενώ μου είπαν ότι είναι σωστά τα έγγραφα, δεν μου κάνουν επαλήθευση και δεν μπορώ να κάνω ανάληψη.

Έχω στείλει ότι ζήτησαν και μου λένε ότι πρέπει να περιμένω λόγο όγκου εργασίας στο τμήμα που κάνουν επαλήθευση. 15 μέρες!!!

I think that is enough time for the documents to be approved and even though they were, I don't understand why the verification was not successful.
