I am having the same situation with Gamblemax Casino as everybody else involved in this forum string. My withdrawal was on November 15 and I was told I need to deposit $50 and I thought oh I’ll deposit $50 for $10,000 and then I got suckered out of another $30 to get it in 5 to 30 minutes which never happened. Then they told me I need to sign up 10 new people I said I’m not signing anybody up and I’ll just wait for my withdrawal. I was advised there’s a lot of people and they have no idea how long it will take. I asked if they needed to do anything for verification and they said they don’t do any verifying. So I’m pretty sure this is a scam job. I don’t even know if I’m gonna file a complaint with you because they are not going to pay or respond. I should’ve figured though because I do a lot of online gaming and this casino every single or every other spin I was hitting $50-$85 literally every single time I played I won and they set it up for you to win a lot to get you to deposit $50 and they’re coming out fat and they actually got $80 out of me so I don’t know if I’m gonna do a charge back to my credit card at this point it’s been over 30 days but they are a rip off off plain and simple. I as well came across this Casino through Facebook. They need to be stopped and shut down..
Yes these scammers got me for $50. I had a hunch that they may be scamming. I don't think anyone of the complaints on here have been resolved yet. I haven't ever been told I had to get 10 people signed up. But after I deposited the 50 they told me that I should receive my money in 5 to 30 minutes. I'm still waiting as well.
Well, that's too bad. I noticed that it's the same song over and over again and that the casino has a lot of withdrawals and that's why yours is delayed. I wonder how the complaint will turn out and if you will get your money in the end. I hope it will be successful.

Hi I see that you have exactly the same problem as the other players. According to what I read, the casino seems to have a clear tactic to always ask for at least 2x deposit when withdrawing so that nothing happens.
However, I saw that you filed a complaint, and we'll see if we can help you. I'm getting a little worried because everyone has the same issue and it's quite large sums that are also in other complaints to which the casino has not yet responded.
I would be very happy if that would change, but I don't know if it will.
I think in this case it would be best to avoid this casino because it looks like nothing good will come of it.
Hello, according to what you can read here, so far no one has successfully withdrawn. Do you have the same problem, that you can't withdraw money and the casino asked you to deposit twice to speed it up ? Or have you had some other experience and the casino told you something different ? How long has it been since you were unable to withdraw ?

I'm afraid it probably won't be that easy because from what I've seen, a lot of players have such high amounts loaded, which seems unrealistic to me.

Is it possible to get all the players here to group together and see about a class action law suit? If they haven't responded to any of the complaints they probably are not going to. I am tired of waiting and there are probably tons more people out there we need to reach. I do not know what waiting and seeing if they respond is going to accomplish. Some of these people on here have been waiting 2 to 3 months for no response. What is the end result after waiting how long do you give the casino to respond? Please get back to me.
Casinos are given one week to respond first, if they fail to respond then the timer is extended for another week and if the casino fails to respond again, the complaint is closed and the casino receives black points.
As far as the law suit is concerned, in this case the initiative must come from you or other players. We can do nothing in this situation. So if you do, be sure to let us know, because I'm quite interested to see how it all turns out since the casino is ignoring the complaints so far. 😕
