I warn you about this casino, the bonuses don't work,the customer service doesn't know why the bonus wasn't added,they say the technical department is taking care of it,I asked when the problem will be solved,they replied that in a few days,I don't recommend this casino

I'd say technical issues are, sadly, pretty common these days. Though I agree that when something like this happens, support should be ready to ease the customers' "pain".

How about giving them those few more days, then trying that again? Maybe you'll be positively surprised, and maybe you won't.

Personally, I don't think short-term unexpected outages dictate the overall casino quality. 🤷‍♂️

But I appreciate your opinion and thank you for your experiences.

Hi, I don't think it's time to panic yet, two days is perfectly fine. We give casinos 14 days to make their selections, so you're just getting started. Have you tried to write to live chat or support to see how your withdrawal is going ? Did you play with the bonus or not ?

This is quite an unusual restriction, or rather I have not encountered it many times. Usually it's about some specific games that are restricted but this is probably an exception. 

Didn't you manage to win with this bonus in the end ?

Hi Jaro,

I never play with bonus and my account is verified. I spoke to live chat this morning and they told me it will be processed tomorrow. i requested it last friday and they say it takes two business days but ill let you know how it goes tommorow.

Oh, that's too bad. I probably wouldn't take a bonus like that again because I would like to play on games that are good for me, of course if they weren't restricted.
