Ναι το θέμα είναι γτ παίξαμε σε τέτοια 😂😛 εμένα με πιάσε μια βλακεία και έπαιξα σε 4-5 τέτοια αυτό το μήνα κέρδισα στο πιστολο 350 και 1500 σε ένα άλλο άκυρο που πιστεύω θα είναι πιο αργοί από το πιστολο και αν τα πάρω ποτέ

Εγω παιζω χρονια και λεω σιγα μην κερδισω...τελικα κερδισα στην πιστολο τρελο ποσο και δεν ξερω πότε και αν τα παρω δυατυχως...δεν ηξερα...μεχρι να κερδισω και να το ψαξω! Τα διασημα καζινο παντως δεν δινουν τιποτα 😂😂😂

εχει περασει 1 εβδομαδα ακομα τα χρηματα δεν εχουν φανει...πρωτα εκαναν 4 ημερες...στην συνεχεια 5 και τωρα 1 εβδομαδα! Απαραδεκτα πραγματα...

I currently have three pending withdrawals of 2000 PLN (about 500 EUR each), plus some additional balance still waiting. None of my withdrawals have been processed so far. The requests were made on February 12 (21:00), February 13, and February 14.
When I contact support on the chat, I keep getting the same response — that the finance department is checking and that there are delays. I’ve written to them around 10 times already, and every time I receive the exact same answer, with no real update or timeline.

yes as i see on the internet since the 1st day they opened, they say always the same fairy-tale we have too much work dont worry your money are secured, but they delay too long on purpose to pay they try to made players mad to insult them and block them or cancel the cashout and play the money back on the games.

Greetings, you will probably have to join the queue because you can see that you are not the only one waiting for your money. We give casinos 14 days and if they fail to pay, we always recommend submitting a complaint on our website. You're close, so I wouldn't hesitate too much.
Based on what you're saying, the casino is giving you the standard generic responses they give to every player. Unfortunately, they are not the fastest at paying out, and you will have to be patient.
Anyway, have you already been verified by the casino?

No, I didn't get any verification request. Pistolo is the same casino as alfcasino where I have 5 lvl, malinacasino, allyspin etc. on none of them I had a problem, and on it as if to spite...

Sure, thanks, but sometimes these problems do arise. This casino doesn't have the fastest withdrawals. However, I believe you will get your money, you just need to be patient.

I don't know this casino delays 99% of the total requests of withdrawals I guess, I see only complaints, here in trust pilot etc maybe you should mark it as potential scam casino, I understand sometimes might be a problem with payment processing or really many cash out requests or internal players check in case of fraud bonus abuse many accounts etc , but it's not normal to delay 99% of the cash out requests

Please don't be confused here. Scam casinos are those sites where no player ever sees any payment.
They just lure you in, take your money, and never give anything back.
