I can agree. Yes they lie. I raised a escalated complaint as I asked for self exclusion. I clearly stated this in an email. But they response was to entice with offers which is against responsible gaming policies and then lied that they didnt get clear clarification. They are allegedly regulated by the Anjouan gaming authority who never ever ever respond to any complaints or emails. Other players have this issue. I have emails,screenshots ,chat transcripts to back up my claims.

Yes I agree, from what i see the Anjouan seems to be a one sided regulator, I have read here that hundreds of people have reached out and never received any responses. We will see but I suspect Pistolo will not respond
