Hi. I understand that deposit issues are definitely unpleasant, especially when the money has left your account but still isn’t showing in the casino.

Have you already contacted the payment provider you used for the deposit to make sure everything went through correctly on their side? If so, did you then contact the casino and ask what is happening with the transaction?

Sometimes these transfers can take a little longer. If the casino hasn’t actually received the money from the payment provider yet, the deposit obviously won’t appear in your casino balance.

So for now, I’d give it a little more time, try to be patient, and also ask the casino for any information they may have about the transaction.
