Hi dear teeam i just created an account here with these casino, i have won 220 euros, they put it in my bonus not on my balance, and when im trying to withdraw they said you dont have enough funds..

I saw a license authority its why i created an account there

However, as far as your money is concerned, did you play with the bonus or not ? That seems to me to explain why that would happen. If you played with the bonus did you meet wagering ? 

If not, did you try to ask the support why your money was put in the bonus money ?

Hello I have. my game history and my history deposit which I can show you so I am completely sure, the casino does not communicate, it does not present livechat and ignores my emails they replied to me once for around twenty emails, for tell me to quote the user name and send the kyc documents but no longer responded. My game history and deposit history to see it by your eyes

Yes, unfortunately the casino has no license, so the answer you got is correct. 

As far as the verification is concerned, you still haven't managed to pass it successfully ? If it has been going on for more than two weeks, which looks like it from when you first wrote, and the casino is not trying to help you and is ignoring you, then I recommend filing a complaint on this link.

The casino has not yet resolved any complaints and has a low safety index and a lot of warnings. So I wouldn't be surprised if they don't respond to your complaint after all. 

However, I won't jump the gun yet and we'll see what happens. If you have any new information, don't hesitate to let me know, because I'm quite interested to see how it turns out.

I deposited total 400 euro, played over 2600 euro worth bets, but they dont want to withdraw 200 euro.

I tried with 50 euro amount with same payment method what used at deposit, but its rejected repeatly.

They never reply to my emails, on online chat it seems impossible to catch them ( today I got them, but they not replied ) What to do ? Can you message them please?

When I open the Sports page, it says network error. But only comes error when I logged into my account. Once as I logout, its working. I tried with at 3 different laptop/PC/Phone, tested at different browsers. I deleted the browser cache and cookies.

I'm 99% sure that at issue NOT at me, since the page loads pefectly when I'm not logged into my account. THe casino, live casino, live games loads perfectly, only shows issue on Spors page. Please forward it to the IT team or someone, thanks!

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you've run into this problem. From what you describe, the casino didn't tell you why the withdrawal always fails, am I right ? It would certainly be good to know why this is so, because without that we don't know anything concrete. 

However, did you record your wins using sports betting or slots ? I have a feeling that the limitation of sports in this casino might be from their side if you managed to win there. I don't think you would be the first case although I personally wouldn't like it either. 

So let me know the answer to my questions and we'll see what we can do.
