I managed to withdraw 10,000 euros in two payments of 5,000 each (the payment system's fee for card withdrawals is 8%). I lost the rest while waiting. The first payment took 8 days to process, the second 6. They kept giving me excuses and uncertainties every day, telling me the finance department was overloaded, but the money was eventually withdrawn.
