they have no place in the gambling space, it's not gambling when you make a legitimate win and its stolen from you, it's robbery

I am confused by this casino. I am trying to withdraw crypto and am unsure if there is a problem or they are refusing because I hear nothing. I have made numerous requests to withdrawal but they just stay PENDING. I tried the online chat too but it is useless and it feels like a bot. Yet they dont close my account and I can keep playing. If this casino is legit then I need to a way to get in touch with someone, otherwise it would appear they do not accept withdrawal requests

Hi, how long does it take you to withdraw money? Talking about the chat, I know that it is an important part for many players. So what do they say to you about the whole situation when you mention that they are useless? 

As for closing the account, did you ask for it? I know that in most casinos it is not possible until you have a positive balance in your player account, so that could be a reason why it is not happening. 

Anyway, I'll wait for the answer and see if it will be possible to assist.

So far I have not had any withdrawals approved. So no I did not ask them to close my account and I dont want them too. I was saying if there was a problem with my account they would have blocked it, and they havent. So the chat just comes back with generic responses to my questions. I go into details about my pending withdrawals it just responds. 'We only approve on weekdays' or 'Dont worry it will be approved on Monday' so I assumed it was a bot (which doesnt bother me if I get the information). But they just sit there pending and no emails or anything to explain. The rest of the site is so nice, great games and options. Just not sure where i stand with doing any withdrawals

So how long are you waiting for your money? Casinos don't often process withdrawals on weekends, so I would only count weekdays. But if you still don't have anything relevant why you haven't seen the money yet, I'd be nervous too.

I would like to add that we give casinos 14 days to send money to players and if they don't, you can file a complaint with us and we will try to help.

My case against niyvi was just closed as unresolved and their rating was decreased by 2,200 points. They lied and were unable to bring forth evidence of their lies and after dragging it on for over 2 months they decided their credibility and honor was able to be bought with the 5,248 dollars they stole from me. What hurt me the worst i won that money the day my mom died with no life insurance and me in-between work. I thought winning that money was straight from the heavens above . I was telling everyone how profound it was, and how I can afford to do right with my mom's burial. This will always be more than about the money for me. Rip mama, I love you so much ❤️

I'm sorry about both situations, the one with your mom and the one with the casino. 

Such a loss is certainly painful and I wish you to heal as quickly as possible even though it will probably take a long time. 

As for the casino, it's a shame that they didn't resolve it and especially that they didn't provide enough information to our team. This can tell us a lot, maybe even for the future. 

However, situations like this do happen and I firmly believe that you will shake it all off and it will only get better. 

I keep my fingers crossed for you, both at the casinos and in life.☘️

I surely hope all questions are answered. You've already had 2 months +. Here's a question.... why is it you have been unable to in the 2 months and multiple opportunities you've already had. You think if you were able to prove me wrong you would of by now. How do you still have a job , there's a question I'm curious to have the answer too. All you've done up to this point is rob me on the same day my mother passed away, compromise your reputation, and lie for the past 2 months. You got something to bring to the table get on with it already. You've made no sense as of yet and when our complaint forum is made public the whole gambling world will see all the " questions you've answered ". Along with a lot of super relevant ones you've yet to answer. Only thing I can think is you thought I'd give up after all your lies , time wasting and gas lighting. Oh no sir. You made it very personal for me when you took the money I won and desperately needed from me on the day my mother and best friend died without insurance. Taking this personal would be an understatement to my true feelings for what you've done to me. I pray you are never done the same way you did me on the very worst day of my life. You will never know the true suffering your theft has caused in my life and even if you deserve it I pray you'll never know my pain. That said I will not stop until you make right by me. I will delete every post , forum and negative review as soon as they are no longer relevant and true. You still have a chance to do what's right .
