Avoid Niyvi at all costs,  I had terrible issues paying in to this casino and I joked with the person in chat that "if I had this much trouble getting money in then I'd got no chance of getting money out" that prophecy was to be fulfilled about two hours later after I'd had a win and thought that I needed to see what it was like to withdraw, they used my deposit issues as a reason to steal all of my money and eventually stopped responding to my emails. Here’s what happened: 

A few days ago, I deposited approximately $40 via Solana blockchain to my Niyvi Casino account. The transaction was confirmed on the blockchain but there was a significant delay in the funds appearing in my casino wallet. Concerned, I contacted support around 07:55 PM. The chat logs show I flagged this delay as a red flag and expressed worry about future withdrawals. Their representative, Nina, blamed a temporary issue with Solana transactions and said the funds would reflect soon. After some back-and-forth, the $40 finally appeared, but only after I had to chase them—something I’ve never experienced with any other casino. 

Once the funds were credited, I played slots and went on a winning streak. Given the deposit trouble, I tested the casino’s legitimacy by requesting a 3 SOL withdrawal. It stayed pending for hours, and when I checked the next morning, it was canceled, my entire balance was gone, and a chat update told me to email support. 

I emailed them and got a response claiming my winnings were voided because my deposit was "credited twice"—once manually by their team during the delay and again when the blockchain was processed. They said my winnings came from this "second credit," so they canceled everything. This makes no sense for these reasons: 


1. Blockchain Proof: If I deposited once, I can provide the hash for the transaction. Blockchain doesn’t allow duplicate deposits from my end—it’s impossible. Any double crediting was their mistake. 

2. No Double Funds Used: My gameplay never relied on more than my initial balance, I won legitimately. Their claim I "used the deposit twice" is false. 

3. Their Error, My Penalty: If their support manually credited me due to their system’s failure, that’s their fault. They shouldn’t punish me by taking my winnings and my deposit.

I pressed them via email to explain this and cite their terms and conditions. They vaguely replied that I "credited the balance twice" and it "didn’t belong to me," but they haven’t shown me any specific rule I broke. I’ve asked repeatedly for the exact terms, and they’ve dodged it. The blockchain proves I didn’t double-deposit—any error was on their side. 

This confirms what I feared during the deposit delay: if paying in was this hard, getting money out would be worse. They’ve kept my initial deposit and all my winnings without justification. At the very least, they should’ve refunded my deposit, but they’ve taken everything. 

I’ve got full records—chat logs, emails, and blockchain evidence—This feels like a deliberate tactic to avoid paying out.

However, you requested a manual credit to your balance. When the technical work was completed, the transaction was credited to your balance a second time. Felony theft over 5,000

I'll keep it as honest and simple as I can because it's pretty simple. I deposited over the time before my first redemption over 1500 dollars. Recently about 5 days ago I hit a jackpot for 4,100. All together my balance was $5, 300 totally. I go to withdrawal part of my balance and it would not let me. It didn't say anything it just never went through for several days. When I contacted customer support they told me that it was an issue with the provider of the games and it was being investigated for every player and that it was completely shut down to play. No time frame was given no explanation and I go to login to check for an update and I am now banned from the platform no email no response to my emails nothing. So that about sums it up. It's a legitimate casino until you win and then your enemy number One and then banned with nothing. Theft over 5,000 is a felony where I'm from. Im curious to the actual number they have really stolen. I'm only one person.. I also have screenshots for the entire experience from the winnings to the support and if course the banning.

Hey, I'm sorry about your situation and what you're going through. I can't imagine that the casino doesn't communicate in a situation like this and just leaves the player without an answer. 

It's fine that there is an investigation going on if the game provider needed it, but to ban you without giving any reason is pretty sad. 

Even if a violation of the rules is found, casinos tend to at least describe in general terms why it happened. So I don't know if the investigation is finished or if they are still checking something and just blocked you temporarily. 

Anyway, if they don't tell you and you don't know anything more, I would open a complaint on this link and we will try to help you somehow if possible.

I did win the 5200 with a bonus . The money I deposited to meet the conditions of that bonus were also stolen . I've received 3 communications via email which I'll be glad to share along with the chat feeds from support from the beginning of this heist. Hello, as you know, this user violated all the terms of the bonus, and was therefore blocked from the system forever.

As for the actual violations.


1. He says that he deposited and won, this is a lie and does not correspond to reality, he received the money as a bonus and I will share the screenshot confirming this publicly.

2. Instead of discussing this issue with us, he went and started tarnishing the casino's reputation.

3. When he realized that he could not withdraw the money without fulfilling the terms, he fraudulently made a deposit in the amount of $ 15.9521, after he won the bonus money and was repeatedly warned that withdrawals were possible only for fulfilling the terms.
