Έχω επίσης το πρόβλημα με το bonus. Αυτήν τη στιγμή έχω 770€ και θα ήθελα να το πληρώσω. Ωστόσο, το μπόνους απλά σταμάτησε 0,05€ πριν το τέλος και δεν μπορεί να ακυρωθεί. You're welcome. I totally understand that sometimes it's hard to keep a cool head when you're in an unpleasant situation, especially when there's money involved. 

However, as far as not touching your funds in the account goes, I think you're thinking quite well. A lot of players gamble away their money in the end, so if you have a strong will, that's the best way to go. 

For now, let's see where your situation goes from here and hope everything turns out well in the end.

The hope dies last. In this case, I certainly wouldn't give up if I were you. Sometimes it takes a little longer, because our team is also busy and they try to deal with each case carefully, just like yours. 

Anyway, I noticed in your complaint that Pavel took it over, and that he is trying to bring the casino into the conversation.

Very disapointed , i did a 400euros withdraw and its still pending after 15 days , the support is very poor only automated answers taking no responsibility , i havent get any clear answers about why the withdraw is pending and when is going to complete , the last 2 days they avoid me , probably i will not get my money back , i had no bonuses and no wagering requirments , they didnt ask about identification , probably i will file a complaint on their license provider

Γεια σας, ξεκίνησα μια πληρωμή 500 ευρώ στις 26 Μαρτίου στις 22:06 και σήμερα είναι 4,4 και λέει ότι υπάρχουν καθυστερήσεις και ο χρόνος εργασίας είναι 3-5 ημέρες, έχω και live υποστήριξη και e-mail. Έγραψα ένα email για υποστήριξη, αλλά πάντα μου έλεγαν να είμαι υπομονετική. Όπως διάβασα εδώ, δεν είμαι ο μόνος που έχω προβλήματα. Και απαντάτε πάντα αυτόματα διαφορετικά θα αποσυνδεθώ μετά από λίγα λεπτά. Δεν είχα ποτέ τέτοια προβλήματα με μια πληρωμή, είναι κρίμα, το site φαίνεται υπέροχο

I wanted to ask you why the casino hasn't given you the money yet, but I see that you only got automatic answers, which probably didn't help you. Have you had any successful withdrawals here before ?
