Monro casino is just a scamming firm in my opinion. I opened my account yesterday, and uploaded all my documents (my ID, selfie, bank statements, etc) and all of them were verified. Then I placed several sports bet (soccer money line, and NBA money line). I was very fortunate to make some money. Today when I tried to withdrawal my money, they cancelled my withdrawal request and asked me to send a video of myself hold my ID, I did it, send to customer support. Then the customer support said my video verification passed, and they need to review my bets, then they will let me know the decision that will take up to 31 days.


In my opinion, this is ridiculous and unfair. I think they are just a scamming firm that if clients lost money, they would gain money. If clients won some money, they will try so NOT send out the payments and delay everything. I am surprised Monro Casino have such a high rating on your website. I suggest you give them lower rank so they will NOT be able to continue cheat on clients.

This is really a frustrating situation, and I'm sorry that you have to experience it.

May I ask, though, if you have contacted your payment provider regarding this?

It easily can be on their side, and the casino is not at fault at all. And I am not saying that it is like this for sure; just maybe try to investigate it further if possible.

I would like to share my current issue with [ monro casino]


I successfully received my €1,000 withdrawal, but my $10,000 withdrawal is still on hold.


When I requested it, the casino told me it was under additional verification and should take up to 48 hours.


It has now been 4 days, and nothing has been processed.


My account also remains blocked, so I cannot check or manage anything myself. They make unexpected excuses my account was fully verified no need for any additional verification, I feel like they steal my money



I feel stuck and would appreciate advice from the Casino Guru team and the community. Has anyone faced a similar situation?
