As far as I know, my gameplay has not been mentioned by Melbet or any provider for additional checks. They have not informed me about any game-provider investigation either.


It has already been many days, and I have submitted all genuine documents and even completed their video verification. Still, there is no clarity, no timeline, and no proper explanation from their side.

Αντιμετωπίζω ένα πρόβλημα με το καζίνο Melbet λόγω μιας κατάθεσης που έκανα πριν από 6 ημέρες. Σύμφωνα με τις ίδιες τις πληροφορίες της Melbet, η κατάθεση απορρίφθηκε από τον διαχειριστή. Από τότε τα χρήματά μου δεν έχουν επιστραφεί στον λογαριασμό μου, ούτε έχουν προστεθεί στο πορτοφόλι του ιστότοπου. Έχω ήδη στείλει όλες τις αιτούμενες αποδείξεις και έγγραφα περισσότερες από μία φορές, αλλά εξακολουθώ να είμαι σε δύσκολη θέση. Σήμερα έκανα κάποιες μικρές καταθέσεις και αναλήψεις και όλα πήγαν καλά. Ωστόσο, τα χρήματά μου που κατατέθηκαν στις 19/01/26 εξακολουθούν να λείπουν. Θα ήθελα να σας ζητήσω να παρέμβετε. According to the information provided, the deposit from 19/01/26 was rejected and never credited to the casino account. In such cases, the casino usually does not receive the funds, so it cannot return or add them manually.

Therefore, I would try contacting the wallet or payment provider you used for this deposit. They are able to track the transaction and confirm where the funds are currently held or whether the transaction is pending or being returned.

If you receive any update from the payment provider, feel free to share it with us. I wish I could do more, but it seems that the matter is solely related to a deposit transaction, which is in most cases out of our scale.

Melbet is a fraudulent company—this is the only way they scam people. I have already recovered my money. If you also want to recover yours, follow these steps:

Go to the Economic Offences Wing and file a complaint against all the agents through whom money was deposited into your account or to whom you transferred money. Inform the authorities that these agents misled you and made false promises to convince you to deposit money.

Additionally, check the deposit section every day and note down all the accounts you see there. Share all UPI IDs, bank account details, and transaction records with the police.

Your money can be recovered within 2–3 days. I have personally recovered ₹2 lakh using this process .

Site will not give but police recovered it from their agents

So the problem was that when you made a deposit or withdrawal, some other companies were shown as the recipient or sender? Or what is the important message here?

Based on what did the agents mislead you and what did they tell you?
