That's possible, but I'd still be careful. You might get the money once and then not again. I saw that you tried to get the money at the end of last year with the help of the complaint and without success, so I would say you had a picture of what the casino is like. 

So I personally wouldn't hope to get any more cash. 😥

Ive been waiting since 3rd december for my winnings. They’ve cancelled my withdrawal every 3 months with a new bullshit excuse, this was the most recent email they sent me:

I'm not surprised, to tell you the truth. This casino has a pretty low safety index and most of the players had problems or got paid once and then not anymore. The complaints section where you can see your two complaints that have not been resolved because the casino does not communicate with us at all. 

I would probably accept that I won't get anything because it's a long time to wait. 

You also need to take a lesson from what casinos you play in and try to inform yourself before you deposit your money somewhere.

i have installed bet blocker it doesn’t block this site, I have been trying to close both accounts magicwin and superb bet since January they are the same company they won’t close my account

inhave told them I have a gambling problem and I can’t stop I have managed to block all other Casino it’s just these 2
