I have lost at least 10000 dollars at this casino in the last six months. They continue to deny my request for a meager payout. I followed terms and conditions. Which is attached. And the claim I need to deduct 88 some dollars and continue to deny my payout on a "low wager bonus" Every time I ask them what I have paid to this casino they disconnect the conversation.

If you used a wager even if it was low, you will need to pay it or they wont pay you. I don't use bonus because of wagers. Read the terms & conditions then do the math. How much was the wager requirement?

Saw the image and I will try to explain as easy as possible: let's say you deposit 100 USD, as a bonus you get extra 125, now having 225 in total, the wagering requirements are 10 times the DEPOSIT and the BONUS BALANCE (D+B means that: deposit plus bonus), so it means you must wager 2250, that wagering requirement seem really generous (too good to be true), considering the average for said deposit bonuses are 35x. The max cashout is 5x the deposit amount, which means your winnings will be capped at 500 USD if you made the 100 USD deposit, now that I think it, that's why the wagering requirements are so flexible. The redemptions part is the only thing I don't understand. Also, the pending withdrawal you mention is taking too long to be completed, I would recommend you to file a complaint, maybe that helps.

My goodness these people are clever D+B actually made it worse. So there is a low wager let's say 5x. But the D+B actually altered that depending on the deposit + percentage. Then they won't let you withdraw, this is shady business

Sadly, the deposit plus bonus wagering requirement is a common practice, nearly every deposit bonus across all casinos in all jurisdictions have that rule, that's why I recommend never taking these bonuses, because it's nearly impossible to clear the requirements unless you get extremely lucky and get a big hit on a volatile slot that gives enough money to clear requirements and hopefully have a little balance left after clearing them. Based on the email from the casino, I assume you accepted a sticky bonus from them. That means you can't withdraw the initial bonus amount that you received from them, but you can withdraw the rest of your winnings. Then you need to leave the initial bonus amount on your account and try to withdraw the rest.

Applying wagering requirements to deposit + bonus is usually the worse case, on the other hand, the wagering is only 10x here according to the screenshot you posted above. That's a very low wagering requirement even though you need to wager the deposit as well.
