I didn't know this was here. Instead of selecting reply select forward. Forward your confirmation response to the payout department. The same email that they sent you don't select reply select forward and confirm to payout. Does that help?

I have lost at least 10000 dollars at this casino in the last six months. They continue to deny my request for a meager payout. I followed terms and conditions. Which is attached. And the claim I need to deduct 88 some dollars and continue to deny my payout on a "low wager bonus" Every time I ask them what I have paid to this casino they disconnect the conversation.

If you used a wager even if it was low, you will need to pay it or they wont pay you. I don't use bonus because of wagers. Read the terms & conditions then do the math. How much was the wager requirement?
Does the wallet tab on the top right display your real balance? The wallet tab has the bonus balance, play through balance & real balance.

Girl/sir, what is percentage? I'm not familiar with this. Wager 10× I understand. D+B I don't. Now max cash out is 5× deposit, which you did state it's a small withdrawal amount. I'm going through a similar situation where I am requesting my winning since 12/23/22. Limitless will not communicate efficiently on guru nor reply to my emails to pitboss. Did you notice Limitless is not license? it says spinlogic, but they are non existent. You can send emails, but tbh idk about this particular casino

Hi. Saw the image and I will try to explain as easy as possible: let's say you deposit 100 USD, as a bonus you get extra 125, now having 225 in total, the wagering requirements are 10 times the DEPOSIT and the BONUS BALANCE (D+B means that: deposit plus bonus), so it means you must wager 2250, that wagering requirement seem really generous (too good to be true), considering the average for said deposit bonuses are 35x. The max cashout is 5x the deposit amount, which means your winnings will be capped at 500 USD if you made the 100 USD deposit, now that I think it, that's why the wagering requirements are so flexible. The redemptions part is the only thing I don't understand. Also, the pending withdrawal you mention is taking too long to be completed, I would recommend you to file a complaint, maybe that helps.

My goodness these people are clever D+B actually made it worse. So there is a low wager let's say 5x. But the D+B actually altered that depending on the deposit + percentage. Then they won't let you withdraw, this is shady business

Sadly, the deposit plus bonus wagering requirement is a common practice, nearly every deposit bonus across all casinos in all jurisdictions have that rule, that's why I recommend never taking these bonuses, because it's nearly impossible to clear the requirements unless you get extremely lucky and get a big hit on a volatile slot that gives enough money to clear requirements and hopefully have a little balance left after clearing them. The only bonuses worth taking are freespins without wagering requirements on winnings, cashback and MAYBE sticky deposit bonuses, these have no wagering requirements but come with certain restrictions but usually more flexible than deposit bonuses with wagering requirements.

I opted out of bonus via chat & email, & they will not honor that. They told casino guru otherwise although I have the email. Their Chat transcripts don't work so I have to screenshot

Well I’m quite confident they have an algorithm of play. I won in the beginning. Even on the loyalty rewards and the outrageous play through terms. And that gradually decreased to weeks of spinning reals with a constant decrease in balance. And that goes for the loyalty rewards as well. I am going to stop visiting this casino. Especially with this last low wager bonus crap. I have spent ALOT of money here, so much that they just go silent when I ask what I have spent there in total. "Chat ended by customer service rep"

Based on the email from the casino, I assume you accepted a sticky bonus from them. That means you can't withdraw the initial bonus amount that you received from them, but you can withdraw the rest of your winnings. Then you need to leave the initial bonus amount on your account and try to withdraw the rest.

Applying wagering requirements to deposit + bonus is usually the worse case, on the other hand, the wagering is only 10x here according to the screenshot you posted above. That's a very low wagering requirement even though you need to wager the deposit as well.

Iv been emailing limitless Casino to verify my account and there is no response. The 24/7 live chat dosnt exist there is only the support email. I saw someone else have this exact problem and they somehow got the issue resolved. How can I get in contact with limitless casino to verify my account so I can withdrawal my BTC?
