It seems you forgot to update. Allow me to do so - quoting from your complaint.
"Casino opened an account, hope they will approve withdraw FAST !!"
Some casinos block an account once the KYC (know your customer) verification is triggered. This is no trick, the casino must verify your identity and account to proceed with the withdrawal.
Next time try to scream less and be more patient, please 🙂

Well, the summer holidays have just started, and the whole team is breaking their max limits each month. I'm sorry, but you have to be patient.
As goes for asking the questions, I'm having a hard time understanding your replies, maybe this is the reason for so many questions. He just needs to fully understand the issue - only then he can also ask proper questions to the casino to advance the complaint.
