In order to lower safety index, you should open a complaint but if it is sports betting related it won't be possible because we are not dealing with these.

I did opened it. Currently undet review. It is simple - they dont pay nor respond on email or chat. Already a month with withdrawal on pending

Played mainly casino but also some sports. The communication was good for the first days when i lost some. Even with my first 2 withdrawals until i managed yo breakeven. After that they canceled my withdrawal every 3-4 days and now it is on pending for 1 month.no response.they leave me on seen on chat or telegram

I don't know what to say since this is not the way a casino should behave but I strongly believe that we can do something about it.
