That part i can understand, like a said, the €1500 hurts more then the €29.773.

The €1500 was taking unlawfuly! My account was already closed so how come they dont refund me. Im 100% sure that one deposit of €1500 didnt went trough when my account was still available. After they blocked my account, the €1500 was taken out of my bank account. I can not check my balance on justbit.io, but im 100% sure that my money must be on my account. So how come they dont want to send it back? I didnt play with that money because i cant login.

Actually it's quite a sad situation and I don't know why the casino doesn't want to return your deposit and has blocked your account, but I guess our team will find something.

They are scamming sadly, they closed my account and stole 600$ from me and are claiming I broke terms of service but i did not and they wont provide me any proof. Very sad sitation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If i get my balance payed I will of course retract this review. Thanks and sorry to share guys.

I tried to browse the complaint to get more details but it has not yet been reviewed so if you don't mind, are you aware of what rule the casino management believes you broke?

Regrettably, casinos consider it standard practice to withhold evidence from players, particularly when it comes to fraud and AML compliance. They're very often ok with their perspective. No wonder one feels like something is truly missing here. Glad to see that you complained.

I was betting on sports and suddenly my account was logged out , while i had a pending withdraw for about a day.

I tried to log back in and it did not let me, I went on chat they said my account was closed contact support,

Past this email they will basically not talk to me or provide me with any information or facts to what I did wrong, This is a entire made up thing sadly, there is nothing I have done wrong, I have never played here before, its just a tactic to steal money. Hopefully someone here can help me and we can turn this into a positive review.

They're hiding behind vague anti-fraud clauses that allow them to withhold your money without providing evidence.

Well, some sportsbooks consider this a violation, even though it’s not fraud—it’s just smart betting based on market inefficiencies.

Since the company is not willing to discuss that further, I would at least try to get in touch with websites resolving sports-betting-related issues. Unfortunately, this is not Casino Guru's niche. 🙁
