Registered here a week ago, made so far 4 deposits... RTP seems very low and I also believe they use certain strategies,, for example I enter a game "Money Farm" where as soon I enter a game my bet was placed 10 CAD... so I believe they use all kind of strategies when comes to withdrawal in case you manage to wager, they probably would not pay you and would find excuse you breach T&C something like that

Did you play with any bonus or not ? I think it's always good to read the Terms and Conditions in some cases to avoid everything that can be done, so that the casino has no reason to make excuses. 

Also, when you say that the RTP seems to be low, did you ask, for example, live chat or support what the RTP is for some slots or is it stated somewhere in the game ? 🙂

I think that if somebody just copies somebody else's post then everybody who goes through such a message will find out that it's probably not an honest opinion of the player. 

However, since it doesn't break any rules, it wouldn't be right to just delete it, so I trust in the players' judgement and I don't think it's hard to recognize something like that. 

Έχω κάνει μερικές καταθέσεις εδώ. Το μπόνους είναι περίεργο πράγμα. Και οι κουλοχέρηδες δίνουν το χαμηλότερο όριο. Έτσι ήταν για μένα. Μόνο κενές περιστροφές και αν υπήρχαν FS, τότε ήταν ελάχιστες. Δεν θα το συνιστούσα σε κανέναν.

Γεια σας, έκανα 4 καταθέσεις. Για τα δύο πρώτα, ενεργοποιούσα πάντα τον κωδικό μπόνους κατά την κατάθεση. Δεν πήρα ποτέ το μπόνους. Τα παράτησα μετά από αυτό. Ούτε στο τσατ ανέφεραν το πρόβλημα γιατί δεν θέλω να παρακαλώ για αυτά που υπόσχονται εκ των προτέρων.

Hm, I would probably go to the chat room and ask them what's going on. If you deposited and wanted to try some bonus, it wouldn't be easy for me. 

If it was a no deposit bonus, I might have thought like you, but I would have said that they should keep their promises and if there is a problem with the bonus, you would have at least found out about it. 

Anyway, did you manage to win anything here besides bonuses, since you say you made 4 deposits ? 🤔

Για μένα, αυτό το καζίνο δεν αξίζει να το προτείνω. Όσοι το προτείνουν μάλλον δεν έχουν παίξει ποτέ εκεί - ακριβώς όταν διάβασα πόσο εύκολο και μη γραφειοκρατικό είναι να πάρεις μπόνους. Παρατήρησα πόσο αντιγραφειοκρατικό είναι πραγματικά.

Well, I can see that you probably don't have the best experience, but it doesn't have to be a prerequisite that the one who does hasn't played in a casino. There are players who don't play with bonuses, so there might not be any problem. 

Have you tried a bonus here or are you discouraged when you claim that it is easy to get ? Are there any conditions that don't suit you ? 🤔

Decieded to remove my positive review of this site. Have added additional wagering requirements on bonuses and have limited the bonuses to only "Spinlogic games", which is a dogshit provider.

I'm so sorry. Did you also write to support, why they decided that or you didn't feel like it ? I think if players like to use bonuses, this is something that would discourage them. 😕

Αποφεύγω και αυτό το καζίνο -πρώτον λόγω των μπόνους- που συνήθως μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν μόνο με το Spinlogic. Δεν ξέρω πώς να το περιγράψω, αλλά ξέρετε το αίσθημα της ανησυχίας όταν βλέπετε κάτι; Αισθάνομαι το ίδιο για αυτό το καζίνο. Και από τότε δεν έχω καταθέσει άλλα χρήματα εκεί.

I guess if it doesn't feel good , then it's not worth playing here anymore. 

Regarding the bonuses, if they can be used only on one provider, they probably wouldn't attract me either. Did you use any there or did you not even get to it ? 🤔

I have been a member of Joya for a while now. Recently, after accepting a deposit match bonus, I wagered the required amount as confirmed by live chat. I then played Live Blackjack and worked my way up from €4000-odd to €8000-odd.

After requesting a withdrawal, I was surprised this morning to receive an email stating that they were only prepared to pay me €1000 out of €8000. They cited two infringements:

1) I played a game (Sugar Rush) which has a Bonus Buy feature. Note that I did *not* buy the feature. I was just playing a slot which happens to have such a feature.

2) I played live games (Live Blackjack) after the bonus wagering had been completed (something one would assume the casino would surely appreciate as they gain more of an edge from the player).

To me, both these terms seem unusually harsh and irregular even if they are covered by the terms. What do you think? Would I have any grounds for filing a complaint?
