Μέχρι πριν λίγες μέρες νόμιζα ότι το πρόβλημα ήταν με το mifinity, τώρα μπόρεσα να επαληθεύσω τη σελίδα και μετά μου ζητάνε επιβεβαίωση στο jokabet, τους μιλάω από Κυριακή μέσω chat, πρώτα δεν μου έδωσαν η επιλογή να κάνω ανάληψη από τράπεζα μεταφοράς και τώρα που με άφησε, δεν με αφήνουν να επαληθεύσω τον λογαριασμό, η επαλήθευση λογαριασμού έχει μπλοκαριστεί και μου λέει ότι δεν μπορώ να προσπαθήσω ξανά όταν έχω ανεβάσει σωστά την ταυτότητά μου ...

And how long has it been since you couldn't verify ? It's certainly not nice if you don't have an answer, because it would definitely be helpful to you and other players as well.

Been playing with Jokabet for a while . No great problems up to now . However I was playing this morning and withdrew £1500 , my log in details have not changed at all under my email address . I am now unable to sign in and all trace of me having an account has suspiciously disappeared. On the chat function , which I have used very successfully on numerous occasions before , I gave them my email address so they can find me and solve the issue but surprisingly all evidence of me existing or an account with that email has disappeared in the space of 3 hrs . I have had winnings sent to my UK bank account on numerous occasions and there was no problem depositing £500 GBP this morning . Problems only arose once I had submitted withdrawal . I have had no problems up to now and payouts have been smooth . I have no emails from them to say there is a problem and the live chat team refuse to help me as the email address for my account is "not showing any account " - can you help as I have a feeling I m being noodled with me being erased and never existed

Hi, I find it strange how your entire account can suddenly disappear. There was no reason for this, the casino didn't find any data or anything like that ? I find it especially strange if you say that you deposited today. 

However, I think in such a case I would file a complaint and our team would try to help you. I'm not sure how such a situation could have arisen and I hope we can help you somehow.

Hi

joined casino and started to deposit, I verified my account using my UK licence. Checked reviews and noticed they don’t accept players from Uk, which is probably why my deposits were going to different merchants. Spoke to live chat who at first said UK players can play then changed it saying no they can’t. Then shut my account, I have requested my losses back but they just keep quoting there T&C.

i submitted a complaint to curaçao e gaming about 3 weeks ago and still not heard anything 🤷‍♀️

Hi, I'm sorry you got into such trouble. When it comes to complaining to the authority, it usually takes a while to get a response. 

Anyway, do you have any screenshot of the casino telling you it's ok to play there and then calling it off ? 

I thought you could file a complaint here on this link with us if you were interested and we could see if we can help you.
