Hi, I complained but Jackbit claimed they could not do anything because I only used sports betting function on the site so ended up closing my complaint with 0 resolution. Jackbit are a fraudulent company. They are just deducting anyone's winnings and claiming violation of Terms 8 and 9 for absolutely no reason and it is frankly not acceptable. The company is conducting shamefully and I am exploring avenues to take them to court and sue them for this and guarantee I will win as they have no evidence to back up their decisions.

I have full documentation and video showing what happened and how. This includes how much I deposited, how much I won, and everything else. If the appeals body to which I have submitted my letter does not respond, I will take the case to court and, on the basis of European Union law, I will transfer the entire jurisdiction to the European Union, where they will incur enormous costs. Following the account closure and in accordance with Section 11, 20% of the last deposit was deducted from the balance as an administrative fee. The remaining balance is available for withdrawal, after which the account will remain closed.

Since when is it not allowed for more than one person to use the same computer?

In your Terms and Conditions you state that people from the same household are not allowed, but there is never any mention that using the same computer is prohibited. That’s point one.

Point two: If people place similar bets, that’s exactly what your platform is about.

Point three: In court, you will have to prove how exactly the fraud occurred.

Point four: We play only and exclusively according to your rules, as you highlighted in your own Terms and Conditions.

Point five: The case will be made public, and you will lose your reputation as any kind of reliable bookmaker. As a result, you will lose far more on that reputation than the few thousand EUR you are trying to appropriate from me.

Point six: I deposited, as far as I remember, almost 900,000 satoshi, and I was supposed to withdraw around 1,200,000–1,300,000.

You don’t have even as much as a hair’s thickness—neither evidence nor even a presumption of guilt—of any fraud whatsoever.

Even in theory, there is no way to defraud you, except through some kind of hacking attack.

When you were losing, you raised my limits, and when you kept losing and I was still in profit, you decided to appropriate satoshi that do not belong to you—by force, violently, like in the Middle Ages.


I will make public how to win.

And as far as I remember, I had 30–40 wins in a row!

I’m sharing my case to warn other players.

I deposited crypto at Jackbit Casino and played without any issues. My balance reached 147 USDT.

When I requested a withdrawal, Jackbit requested KYC verification. After submitting documents, I received an email stating that players from Ukraine are prohibited, and my account was permanently closed.

All winnings were confiscated, and I was only allowed to withdraw 49.99 USDT, which was my last deposit.

Important details:

– Jackbit allowed me to register

– Jackbit accepted my deposit

– No warning about restricted countries appeared before playing

– Restrictions were applied only after the withdrawal request

I currently live in the Czech Republic, but Jackbit never asked for proof of residency before taking my money.
