It is really bad that the casino doesn't explain the clear reason, as they should do, though. 🤷‍♀️

I would suggest you file a complaint here so our team could try to investigate this whole matter and hopefully come to the best result of all this.

It happened the 2nd time I ever tried to withdrawal money. They wanted me to complete KYC. Completed it and the website said I'm verified but that wasn't good enough for them and they requested a video of me. Sent video 3 or 4 times now every time they come up with something that is wrong with the video or something else then tell me this restarts the 48 hour clock on them to verify me again. The whole process started I'm not sure how long ago. Everything is always fine when I view the video that they tell me is not fine. They won't respond basically until I wait 48 hours every time and the only way to talk to anyone is chat support who just forwards the information to KYC team. kYC team has actually never said a word directly to me

I would like to provide an update regarding my case with Jackbit Casino. Today, I received a final email from their support team stating that my $37,000 winnings were voided due to an alleged violation of the casino’s rules, specifically — suspicion of multi-accounting.

Honestly, I am shocked by this decision. I have never created any additional accounts. The casino was recommended to me by my neighbor, and we live in a large residential building. We do use the same internet provider, so it’s possible we share the same subnet, but I’m sure our IP addresses are different, and this can be verified. Moreover, I successfully completed video verification twice, and all my actions were completely transparent.

I kindly ask the forum administration and Casino Guru representatives to help me resolve this issue, if possible. I acted in good faith and did not break any rules. Canceling such a large win under these circumstances seems unfair.

If anyone has faced a similar situation or has advice on what to do next, I would really appreciate your support and suggestions.

Unfortunately, as said before, we don't deal with sports here. Your winnings were accumulated by betting on sports, right? So it is out of our expertise.

I am really sorry that we won't be able to intervene here, but I would definitely suggest you file a complaint with the licensing authority of this casino, Curaçao (GCB).

DEDUCTING WINNINGS FOR NO REASON

User of Jackbit for some time now and for the last few weeks, I have not used my account when suddenly today receive email from Jackbit saying "all winnings have been deducted and your account has been permanently closed due to violations of Terms and Conditions 8 and 9". No further evidential reasoning was provided by anyone upon being challenged. I asked numerous times on email and live chat with the only reasoning being "The violations are in regard to the style of play and tactics used." This is absolutely terrible reasoning as no changes have been made to betting habits and I have not used the account in a number of weeks. No other gambling company operates like this with no actual evidence. To confirm this is an account in my own name, no duplicate account as per Term 8 and no Fraudulent activity as per Term 9. I will be raising this matter to a betting ombudsman. Horrific company to deal with and no user will ever feel comfortable using jackbit if they decide to operate in this manner. To note a substantial amount of winnings has been deducted and it appears to be a financial decision which is unacceptable. Gambling companies can chose who to conduct business with but no gambling company can deduct winnings from a player with absolutely no evidence of reasoning and claim it down to random terms and conditions.

In short, the casino seems to be 100% sure that you abused the rules, while you are certain you did not. I get it, and I also dare to say I understand how weird it must feel. At Casino Guru we have several mediators who daily try to find a fair resolution for players in similar situations.

100% I am trying to lodge my complaint now but it says I cannot create a complaint. I will not be letting this go. Jackbit Casino cannot operate like this and I am going to use every channel possible to make sure this is well known to the world that Jackbit Casino operate like this. It is unacceptable and frankly appalling for a gambling operator to abuse its Terms and Conditions to benefit itself from a business perspective. No terms and conditions have been broken by me, and till now no factual reasoning or evidence has been provided by Jackbit Casino to back up its claims.

I have submitted my complaint now. It is truly unacceptable from Jackbit to penalise a player when I know I have not done anything wrong and not violated any terms and conditions and when asking for factual reasoning, the company constantly refuse to tell me exactly what has been done. I will not let Jackbit Casino get away with this

It's excellent that you submitted the case to my colleagues, because if you feel you have not done anything wrong and the casino is not even willing to explain, someone should look into it.

Please provide me with the contact details of the appeals body, because I was not paid the money I honestly earned and my account was closed on 1jackbit.com, with reference to some eighth or ninth point of the terms and conditions, even though I fairly won all of my money and have everything documented in video form, and as a result I lost over 1,000 euros.
