I can't reopen a complaint for you; that's a fact. Additionally, from your description, I have no idea whether the issue is supposed to be an event after the complaint closure or related to that. Please sit down and think about what you want to say. If the issue is new, file a new complaint. If it isn't, use the reopen button in the complaint.

As you can see, there is a way to proceed further; it just needs a calm head and following the necessary steps.

This site is a total scam. I place a withdraw, after 72 hours they are now asking me for kyc. Why not ask for kyc

before? I already know kyc will take a week minimum probably i wont see my money ever agaij

I’d probably agree that the casino should have requested the documents right away, but there are plenty of casinos where this could happen, so I wouldn’t immediately say this is a scam. We give casinos 14 days for verification and withdrawal, so if they don’t manage to do it by then, we can try to help you.

OMG is not a new, and is not fully resolver, so can you reopen it? I send request, i wanna to get my jackpot win!

You can see it on my screenshot is 467 imr is 467$ i get only 264$ from my welcome deposit, but jackpot win i never get it.

they wanted my id and a selfie with their site my face and me holding id.

i sent them all of that and now they say i need to send a picture of me with a site in the background. Even though i alredy sent them that. They are just stlaling withdrawal. Total scam

They should actually say if something was not right so you can fix it, in my opinion.

I wait to be reopened 3 weeks, because they not only scamming me in many ways, they also tell me to remove my jackpot win in order to cashout the welcome bonus!

Just reopen the case about Immerion, all of those 4 casinos - Snatch, Immerion, Iwild, and Ybets scam me many times, they also close my accounts since i start complain here, and told me i have multi accounts but that is lie, because if i have many why i can show only my deposits from one account, and always my chat logs are from the same one account, where is the second account??

Absolute scammers, so plase let solve that drama today i am so tired of those scammers!

Please reopen the case about Immerion. All four casinos — Snatch, Immerion, Iwild, and Ybets — have scammed me many times. They also closed my accounts after I started complaining here and claimed I had multiple accounts, but that is not true. If I really had multiple accounts, why can I only show deposits from one account? And why are all my chat logs from the same account? Where is the second account?
