I can see that you have also informed about the situation in your complaints thread, so soon we will try to contact the casino regarding all this. We just hope that they will communicate with our team.
Please stay patient, even though it is not easy.
Hello, that certainly sounds like a bad experience, but I could use your help understanding the context. Would you mind explaining what happened? I’m not sure whether you’ve been waiting seven months for a payout, or whether you mean something else.
iNetBet is probably the worst casino experience I will have ever had. They are truly the biggest scammers right behind heaps o wins. I have made MANY deposits of BTC and initially they were great (or so i thought) - the first time i won I was able to withdraw $2100 about a day after submitting my withdrawal request, I took a break foir a couple of weks and went back, making many deposits and this time I ended up winning $6,300. I submitted my withdrawal request and this time they drug their feet and were not processing the withdrawal request. I asked them what the problem was and they gave me some generic emails that were all the same: citing some delay and apologizing. They had some woman named Rachael contact me and she advised I would need to provide my bank account details as they were going to wire th efunds and that I should also provide a LTC wallet for good measure. I was frustrated, but I provided them everything they asked for. They boast that they process their withdrawals with BTC within 1 day. That was how I deposited, so I thought that was how they would pay me. Instead of the "1 day" pay as they brag about, they waited 5 days and DENIED my withdraw of the $6,300. I was taken aback - however, it was late and they placed the funds back into my iNetBet account/wallet - I assumed they figured I would go back to play more and give the money back to them through losses.....but not this time. This time I played another hour or so and built it up to $15,550.25 which I submitted a withdrawal request for. They did the same as befor when they drug their feet and would not update me or give me any information. Eventually they fabricated a COMPLETE bulls**t lie and accused me of disputing some deposits at a sister casino of theirs, whihc is complete nonsense, I have never once bisputed any charges at any casino, they are lying. They eventually went on to accuse me of making "death threats" to them which is CRAZY seeing that I have all of my correspondance with them and there was NO such threat of ANY kind made to them in any way, shape or form.
I have all the TX data, the BTC info, hashes, emails, records of my winnings, the proof from the site. I have their withdrawal request record showing the several requests I made, I even have the deposit record that shows how I made deposits in good will to the casino while they were dragging their feet and not paying me - yet they would take my deposit?? thats an ill-willed bad intent action if you ask me. These people have lied BIG time and I want them to be accountable and I would like to get my winnings, they shouldnt even be in business. And for the record, my deposits were all made BTC except some made with LTC early on, and I was playing with my cash deposits, I was not using any kind of coupon. There is absolutely ZERO justification they have to be withholding my winnings.

I’ll leave some room for others in the community to share their thoughts.
Just a quick question: is this similar to the situation you complained about with the other casino you mentioned? I’m just trying to find an easier way to get the full picture, if you catch my drift.
In any case, I just want to say that I hear you, even if I don’t understand every detail involved. If you want to challenge the casino’s actions, you’re welcome to lodge another complaint. That’s basically all I wanted to say.
So you say, "Just a quick question: is this similar to the situation you complained about with the other casino you mentioned? I’m just trying to find an easier way to get the full picture, if you catch my drift." ...and I dont't know what kind of gaslighting you are required to engage in, but if I'm not mistaken you are questioning the legitimacy of one, if not both claims...am I missing something? I wonder how many people you deal with who have had more than 1 instance of being screwed over by an online casino.. I have had several, with you being aware of 2 of the only 3 I've gone forward in complaining about. Since you have brought an entirely different casino entity into the dialogue I feel the need to address both, which will likely cause some degree of confusion in this thread - that being said, :

^^the asterisk line above^^, between this line and the one below I will address teh Heaps o' wins claim you speak of.
Heaps O Wins is operated by (at least to some degree) absolute P.O.S. scammers. Period. I hardly understand how the whole blockchain thing even works with btc, i just know it does and thats enough working knowledge for this guy. So when I won $1000 and went to withdraw $800 and leave $200 to play I didn't think it was a big deal. I had made several deposits in the days prior to and there had been no issue until I went to withdraw winnings. Then all of a sudden they were quiet and asking me for ID, phone bill, bank statement etc...I provided all of it. Then I go to log in and i am unable to. I was like "wtf?" To summarize; Heaps of Bullsh1t made a claim that I had somehow "double spent" btc deposits...yeah - I had never heard of it and it siounds like bullsh1t to me, but I guess someone has been able to pull it off. So those asshats send some btc hashes over to the arbitrator guy who immediately calls the complaint "closed" or whatever - and here's one of 2 things that has pissd me off the last few months: I not only did not understand wtf they were even describing, and had my LEGIT $1000 win stolen from me, but I was also put on blast for doing some shady sh1t - totally not cool and not even remotely fair. I dont know if you guys are on some kind of commission from thye casinos where you get a kickback for the claims you help snuff out, I honestly do not know - BUT if you are an ADVOCATE for the player, that would dictate a default posture of skepticism when a casino makes some way out in left field claims as such. "But they provided hashes, they have HASHES!" ....and? I still am somewhat ignorant as to the specific mechanics of teh blockchain/crypto transmission process etc.. but I know enough that I would think that questioning and examining the hashes provided by the entity who has $1000 to gain in lying - they should have been examined more closely, and here is why:
They are not only not from any BTC transaction originating from my wallet - not anything legit, but they are showing transactions which were made on 3/11....which I never went in and examined my emails from those clowns, but I not only had made several perfectly legit deposits in the days prior to 3/11, but I had received a handful of emails saying "your $0.00 deposit was not successful.."....I have absolutely no idea why anyone would deposit ZERO intio their account, they had some shady shit going on and I dont know exactly what or how, but I plan on examining these hashes to a degree of absolute unquestionable certainty that I will figure out what they did in generating those hashes, I will prove their hashes as Bullshity and I will provide the ACTUAL hashes which will show how full of shit they are.

Now, InetBet.com: they are lowlife thieves who dont deserve th etime of day and should be avoided at all costs. as a matter of fact, I have found that a 3rd party will never fight for me as hard as i will fight for myself. This means that since these 3rd party platforms are friendly with the very people who are seeking your assistance and support in succeeding at STEALING my money. They flat out did exactly what i explaied above and i have the reciepots for the entire thing. INetBet has a rude awakening coming when their affiliate networks are being confronted with proof positive that their associates are lying, thieving scammers who are in the business of ripping gamblers off. They suck and I inted to expose their entire b2b network which they have kept hidden since 1999...they aren't dumb, tehy just arent good people and they are NOT safe to associate with in ANY sense of busdiness matters. You are judged in part by the company you keep. That is a lession that will help in my efforts.
Honestly, I don’t think we’re on the same page. Your first post was quite complex, and I didn’t want to misunderstand anything. Other players have also experienced problems, which is why I asked an honest question. I wasn’t suggesting anything, so I’m not sure what the issue is.
At this point, I’m not sure what else to say, so I’ll leave some room for other players who have read both posts and would like to share their thoughts.
No hard feelings, I hope.
I also understand and accept that you’re unhappy with how the complaint against different casino was handled, but it’s not something I can not review, verify, or change. I think that may be where the misunderstanding came from in the first place. Maybe.
My apologies for any misunderstanding, however I have been denied legit winnings now due in part to one casino (Heaps o Wins) passing off inaccurate and fraudulent data with nothing so much as an opportunity to reply in my defense - let alone any explanation of or understanding of the allegations being made by the thieves at Heaps O Wins. They are quite literally some of the reasons why so many are becoming soured to online casinos. I would encourage the folks at your site to maybe take a step back and consider what their percieved favoritism does to the gaming community as a whole: it's common knowledge that the larger disputed winnings are seemingly NEVER corrected to pay the player, yet winnings from 0-4k seem to have better results - typically the max i see decided in favor of the player tops out around 2500. But what about mine? and what about this alleged "double payment" nonsense I was accused to have done? Has anyone here EVER seen a bitcoin transaction reversed by the sender? Or by ANYONE for that matter? I know I sure haven't- and I have serious doubts that it is even a thing that truly exists...it siounds more like an excuse manufactured by casinos and other ill-intended organizations to be used in the justification of theft such as what occurred in my case. And thats just Heaps o Wins... what about the absolute scandalous pieces of ^&*&^ over at iNetBet.com? Those people are so aware of how scandalous and terrible their conduct is that they go to GREAT LENGTHS to conceal everything about their operations. They make even the worse casinos look like choir boys.
As we speak I am doing my best to ensure that everyone attending the Sigma Europe Summit being held in Rome, Italy - has the opportunity to understand just what they are supporting when they align their partnerships with people like SAP (Safe Affilliates Program)..a group who whether knowingly or otherwise, have put their seal of approval on the iNetBet.com and iNetwork-iNcome brands....brands who cannot be trusted and conduct illegal forfeitures of players accounts and funds with no substantiated proof of any sort. Thieves, common theives is all they are.
