By the first look at the response, I'd say it reacts to different information. Are you certain you filled in the complaint form correctly? If you say there is a blocked withdrawal, there, among other things, also must be a disputable amount that you have to fill in. Otherwise the team considers that no money has been blocked. We do not accept such cases, so please review the information you provided and try again.

Make sure the description is clear and all parts are filled out correctly. 🙏

Hi everyone,

I requested a withdrawal of £568 from Immerion last night (around 7:30 PM UK time). It’s now showing as processing and the funds have already been removed from my balance, but I can still cancel it.

Support told me withdrawals usually take 24–48 hours depending on the payment provider, but I’ve also read some players say their withdrawals stayed in processing for days.

For those of you who’ve withdrawn recently, how long did it take for your payments to move from processing to completed?

They do request KYC, but they initially say it’s not required . Some accounts on here see players get the first or first several withdraws without KYC but this is probably for smaller amounts.

i requested a withdrawal of £600 and the request got cancelled and they asked me for KYC and I’m also worried after reading stories in here about Immerion.

i think with a sum like 10,000, they will almost certainly ask for KYC as well as check the game history as they seem to do, I wish you luck.

my advice would be to be active on casino guru and some other similar websites to ensure you’re being proactive so they don’t rob you of your winnings, consider putting a complaint in about your situation if you don’t hear anything in the next few days

I’ll be honest, since I won and similarly to yourself read all the reviews on here, I’ve been reading all of the complaints and reviews on casino Guru regarding immerion.

what seems to be the case is that every person who reviewed negatively about the casino (rightly so), if you go on to their complaints they eventually did get paid. Similarly, they have a large number of resolved complaints (all about delays with KYC/withdrawal).

my honest take is they will pay you but they take a ridiculously long time to do so, I also feel it requires the player to bring awareness of their situation on CasinoGuru to see any movement with Immerion.

every single complaint on here follows the same story:

1: player wins , is told no KYC is needed

2: player tries to withdraw, either nothing happens for days or they’re asked to provide KYC (even when told prior it wasn’t required) they never hear anything back for a long time

3: player gets pissed , makes a complaint here

4:Immerion is finally approached by Casino Guru and they finally do quickly what they could have done ages ago (approve KYC/withdrawals)

this is a very obvious pattern just from browsing on Casino Guru

my cynical opinion is they will just ignore you until you risk their reputation by posting here then they will act accordingly and pay out
