Since its common url is https://grandwin.com/, there is a fair chance it is the same casino.

You're welcome. According to what we see in the review , it has a Curacao license. Did you find something else?
If you would like to see some player experiences, user reviews and complaints are certainly useful and you can learn quite a lot from them. You can also read in this thread what players have been through.
However, based on the review and safety index, I would say it's probably not the best.
