Its been 25 days now. And they still have not vertify my account. I have gotten zero help from casino guru and the case i started with you. I have every proof, but seems like everything is just a big scam.

Yes they did. Or the full prossess of verification took me 36 days. Had to send in one extra documents in two periods(after 10 days each). I have got one withdraw and are waiting for more. I think with this casino you should cash out with crypto. Thats the fastest way to do it

It was the same for me. I have 80k euro in my balance because i won the max win. The withdraws depends what vip level you are. The higher it is the faster and more ypu can take out, they just sent me back to vip level 1 from 4… 1 week later after they verify my account, they using every trick in the book to delay and for you to play more.
