It’s a scam you can’t withdrawal any funds be carful shame on them and on theirs license … it’s just a scam there is no withdrawal.the support is just lies about the funds same words every-time nothing in process .

Wait for our team, if the casino keeps sending you generic replies nonstop and you see the same thing happening to other players, there’s no point in writing to them again. It definitely shouldn’t take three weeks, but unfortunately we have to deal with it for now and hope that our team manages to resolve it.

It seems many casinos in this group (Nova Forge) and the extended group have the same strategy of not paying players.

Ζήτησα ανάληψη 800€ στις 26 Μαρτίου και 11 ημέρες αργότερα δεν το έχω λάβει ακόμα. Ο μέγιστος χρόνος αναμονής ήταν 3 ημέρες και κανείς δεν μου δίνει εξήγηση ή απάντηση. Αυτό είναι ένα επαναλαμβανόμενο πρόβλημα στα φόρουμ σχετικά με τη μη πληρωμή του Golisimo. Έλαβα ανάληψη 290€ από αυτούς χρησιμοποιώντας την ίδια μέθοδο, αλλά αυτό είναι ντροπή.

Its been 25 days now. And they still have not vertify my account. I have gotten zero help from casino guru and the case i started with you. I have every proof, but seems like everything is just a big scam.

Hello, I understand your feelings. I checked your complaint to ensure everything is fine on our side, and I found transparent information about the resolver being on vacation. Well, that happens, and even though I get how it sounds, resolvers are people too and need breaks. If the casino is willing to cooperate, it will certainly do so no matter the situation. Did you notice that a few cases were unresolved? I would not say it's about lack of trying on our side. Kindly be patient, thank you.

Golisimo casino is a disgrace. They stall withdrawals with same excuse Everytime saying it’s an error with the system or the bank . I contacted my bank and they confirmed there were no incoming transactions to begin with. They are full of excuses. I haven’t seen a single cent of my withdrawal till now .
