The provider themselves publically state they allow manipulation of their games, and even state the manipulation they allow in terms of changing RTP by that certain percentage -
Its lovely to see that Casino Gurus version of Lil Devil stays true to the providers stats at 96.31% RTP - no dodgy provider there
Max win can be "up to" whatever casino feels comfortable in allowing I am aware of this for sure. But a fair casino should never edit games after being hit due to lack of finances or whatever their excuse (not actually been given a valid reason!)
Im sure I’ve read the casino guide yeah, I’ll point out issues I’ve found with the score process and real life scenarios on website.
1) "Size of the casino is important for safe play, because small casinos may run into issues if one of their players manages to hit a really big win. Because small casinos don't have large revenues, a substantial win can be an existential threat to them. If a player wins more than the casino can realistically afford to pay out, it's likely that the casino will go bankrupt unless they find a way to NOT pay out the winner. And that's a problem.
Gamdom; isn’t what I’d call a "massive" casino. They’ve had a lot of high profile streamers advertise their site but you do not find examples of people winning big and cashing out, (I’d request you search and find me examples of average player winning big with NO issue). - remember I won $149,000 after depositing $160,000 and was still refused due to them not affording a refund. Screams a massive red flag to me.
2) "Player Complaints: We want our reputation rating to be a good indicator of how each casino treats its players and how likely their winnings are to be paid out to them without any complications."
How casinos treat its players? What about when a casino refuses to talk in public about very serious allegations in terms of player fairness, game manipulation and now false provider potentials - see next point.
"3) Deducting points for restrictive or unfair practices"
Bad support quality. Customer support is an important factor influencing player satisfactionand overall level of user experience. We don't expect it to be perfect at each casino, but if a casino's support is extremely bad, we decreaseits reputation rating.
I don’t expect "perfect communication" in all casinos either, but what I would expect is clear answers from "support" to simple questions like "why can’t I withdraw my winnings" , "why have you altered the max potential after refusing to pay out a winning game" amongst other questions a support should easily help with.
3 part b) Runs in line with my exact complaint : Fake games. Honest casinos operate original games from casino game providers. However, some casinos also run fake copies of known games (such as Lil Devil) , which can be altered to pay out less than the original they are based on. This is seriously unfair towards players and we decrease the reputation rating of casinos that operate fake games.
BigTimeGaming publically state what percentage their games can be run at. And Gamdom aren’tusing the official title by the evidence that you can see, and that I found with my own experience playing here.
4) Adding points. Well I’m glad no points were added under this section, 😅
5) Taking into account related casinos.
Are any of you aware of the problems that 99% of CSGO related gambling sites have come under? Most of the CSGO gambling sites (that Gamdom started as) have all been under various issues of unfairness from as small as streamers owning the site they promote using higher rtp values, (ya know like how all Gamdom streams work)
before I finish this message I have to say, I went back to the Gamdom review page and I’m glad you’ve taken my complaint seriously and my score managed to affect it from a solid 9.5 now to a 7.1. Thank you for taking me seriously.
