They’re snakes, operate without a license and go to any lengths to not pay out. I’m sorry this happened to you. They stole 6k of my money on clean bonus claiming one game I played during the session was a "Table Game" and this is not allowed. Well, if you play a table game you can only cash out 2x your deposit per their terms. They rigged their system to switch a regular slot to table game to justify stealing. They’re the worst of the worst. Hopefully with the amount of complaints in a short time they’ll be blacklisted. It’s too bad they have a good sight with a lot games but it’s basically fraudulent 😭. Good luck getting you money. 💰

For some reason I feel like this is a scam. You can't "track down btc" and simply recover it. Once it's going it's gone. There is nothing that anybody could do to get it back unless the owner of the wallet you sent it to decides to send it back to you.

Its truly sad that we get robbed and there is nothing we can do!!!!!!! I used a 1x play through and No MCO bonus. I won and went to cashout. Had to submit my KYC 6 times, and finally madean attempt to withdraw my $800 and the run around began!!!! It's under game play verification for a week now.

Hello, if your withdrawal is an under investigation, you probably won't be able to withdraw your money until it's over and you get a report on how it went.

Anyway, I would like to know what the investigation is about. If you played with a bonus, the casino could theoretically look into whether everything was okay.

I saw that Peter tried to contact them but it doesn't look good. They still have a day and if they fail to respond they will get black points for not resolving the complaint.

Try a different browser, or device. My chat was missing one day for a few hours, but then it came back. I’m not sure if it was a glitch or what happened but I thought I was blocked from chat, but it came back.

If they plan not to pay, I'm probably not surprised. All in all, the whole situation is taking a long time, so right now I'm more skeptical than positive. Anyway, until the complaint is closed anything can happen.

I have played on a bunch of sites and never was i accused of suspicious activity or anything like that. I wouldn't even know how to cheat or do something to manipulate the games. They need to be shutdown, because they are robbing people and getting away with it.

I understand what you're saying. Personally, I wouldn't play much in casinos that are relatively new and I would stick to those where the problems are almost non-existent or few. Mainly because when players find themselves in a similar situation and we don't have any experience from other players yet, it's hard to warn them in advance. 😕

Sad, but that's the way it is. The casino has now received black points which will be reflected in its Safety index. I would like to say or be an opportunist in that they would try to sort things out but I rather think it will be the other way around.
