Hello, in my opinion, there are two problems with this situation, and neither of them is good. Many risky casinos believe that they are welcome to restrict winnings from pure deposits without using any form of bonus, and that is stated in their terms. We see that as unfair behavior, of course. However, there is no one who could restrict that from happening.
Secondly, if this is not the case, the casino should explain based on what rule or bonus you were restricted. As you can imagine, unfair rules or practices have little to do with common sense. I reckon that if the bonus has not ended, it still affects your gameplay. Sometimes the bonus does not end with fulfilling the wagering but by submitting a withdrawal request accordingly to the max withdrawable limit rule. I would recommend consulting with the support, especially if you deposited before the bonus ended.
