Ich habe ebenfalls ein Verfahren gegen Rootz ltd. Am LG gewonnen, Berufung am OLG ausgesetzt bis zur Entscheidung des EuGH.

Bisher galt Rootz ltd als verlässlich, was Zahlungen nach rechtskräftigen Urteilen angeht.

Ändert sich nur der Name oder noch mehr?

Has anyone already asked a lawyer if there are any other ways to enforce their judgment? Things are looking increasingly hopeless in Malta, and it seems like the providers are using this time to hide the money, so no matter what you do, you're always one step behind. Even court rulings are useless now because they won't pay anyway.

Hat jemand von euch schon beim Anwalt nachgefragt, ob es eventuell schon andere Möglichkeiten gibt, seinen Titel zu vollstrecken?? Das auf Malta wird ja immer aussichtsloser und es sieht so aus als würden die Anbieter die Zeit nutzen um das Geld zu verstecken und man ist egal wie man es macht sowieso einen Schritt hinten nach. Auch Urteile bringen nichts mehr weil die sowieso nicht bezahlen

It's sad that despite holding a title across the entire EU, you can't get anything until some random person makes a decision, and even then, they're one step ahead again because you then have to sue the other group company… that can take years each time.

Traurig halt, dass man trotz Titel in der ganzen EU nichts holen kann bis da irgendein Vogel was entscheiden wird und selbst dann sind die wieder einen voraus , weil du dann wieder klagen musst um die andere Konzerngesellschaft zu verklagen… da können jedes mal Jahre vergehen

Dann werden die ausgesetzten verfahren wieder aufgenommen. Wenn dann pro Spieler entschieden wird und die Berufung beim OLG abgewiesen wird, steht "nur" noch Bill 55 im weg. Wobei ich hoffe, dass Online Casinos, die eine deutsche Lizenz haben, die Forderung begleichen werden.

Yeah, so far I don't think it even officially exists in the accounts. They're all so corrupt. No matter what they decide, not everyone will ever get their money, you have to be honest about that. And by now I'm furious about the lawyers' business models. They always say everything's so easy, and they assume settlements are very, very likely, and blah blah, and then it's all bullshit. I'll just be glad when this whole thing finally comes to an end. In my case, I hope that Rootz Limited simply pays the sum so I can finally put this behind me and turn my back on online casinos for good.

Ich bin einfach nur froh wenn das ganze Irgendwanne mal ein Ende findet. Jetzt muss es erstmal wieder gerichtlich weiter gehen und dann gucken wir mal was die Zukunft bringt und welcher Anbieter nach der Entscheidung des EuGH zahlungswillig ist und wer nicht. In meinem Fall hoffe ich, dass Rootz Limitd einfach die Summe zahlt und ich kann nen Strich drunter ziehen und Online Casinos für immer den Rücken kehren.

Ja aber wenn man schon ein Verfahren führt und exekutiert, muss man den drecksvergleich ja nicht annehmen. Ich habe denen direkt geschrieben, dass ich wenn dann nur den gesamten Betrag inkl. Zinsen nehme. Den Rest aufgrund der lange Wartezeit würde ich nie annehmen und die können nicht einfach ohne deine Einverständnis annehmen

Naja eben, diejenigen, die früher dran waren bekommen ihr Geld noch und die anderen nicht mehr , weil keines mehr da is… so wird’s eh sein weil bei manchen ist es ja auf Malta hinterlegt . Zumindest bei den musterverfahren ist das Geld ja laut Bericht gesichert.

Aber neue Klagen, bis das durch und dann wird das Urteil sowieso ignoriert. Kann mir ned vorstellen dass da Geld kommt, wenn ned mal die Exekution trotz Titel durchgeht

Ist schon traurig genug, dass anscheinend jedes Land machen kann was es will in der EU. Das ist ein Armutszeugnis. Guckt mal wie lange allein Bill 55 schon besteht.
