I wanted to check if your complaint team has received any replies from the casino yet, and whether they’ve seen the evidence I tried to send. I’ve attempted to email their complaint team directly with the proof they requested, but I keep getting an error: "unreceived mail returned to sender."


Could you please confirm whether they received anything from me via your team, or if there’s another way I should send the evidence? I’m concerned my emails aren’t reaching them at all. I sent it to the e-mail she provided me with on the complaint.


Thanks again for your support—really hoping this can get resolved soon.

Unfortunately, as we have hundreds of complaints, our team has to deal with them. You have to be patient and wait until she gets to your complaint again.

Deleted account

I have a Deloro account I have been using for months. Yesterday, I made a 1250$CAD withdraw. I never received the money. It usually takes me 15 min to receive the Interac with the money. I contacted support this morning to know what was happening and got told that there was no withdrawals and the last one was from few days ago. Wich is false. I tried connecting in my account to see what was happing, impossible. My account doesn't exist anymore, cant connect, cant reset passwords. I contacted the support again and got told there is no existing account with my email address. What am I suppose to do ??? I made the deposits with crypto, so I don't have any bank statements with the transactions. It's just random crypto transactions with random addresses on them.


Also, I made a 175$ XRP deposit on my account and never saw the money too. Got told by support the transactions is processing and that I should see the money soon, but never happened.


I am going to take legal actions against Deloro if this doesn't get fixed soon.

Do you have any kind of proof that you have an account at this casino, though?

Perhaps our complaint team could try to investigate this matter and hopefully get in touch with the casino to find out more.

Update on the situation


I recontacted the live support and they now tell me I asked for my account to be close on the same day I withdrew 1250$ from my account. I am asking to see proof of that and I am not getting any answer except. "There is a note in your account, Daniel"


Update again


They literally get a fake conversation with me saying to close the account wich is completly false. What can I even do

This guy is bluffing 100%. No chance the casino went in and did this. I never heard anything like that either.

I think he went on tilt and played it all away. You can be logged in at the same time as you request password on another device. This story is also really bad and you can see through it pretty easy.

Please let me know whether the casino concluded that the safety of your account was compromised after your initial exchange with customer support."
