I know it sounds too long, but I ask you to be more patient for now.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your problems at the casino. However, I would like to point out that we give casinos 14 days to resolve such a request. I see you copied some Terms and Conditions here. Do you know which of these points applies specifically to you and your withdrawal? 

Unless something changes after 12 days, I think it would be wise to file a complaint. 

But before you came here to play, did you see the casino's safety index ? It's pretty low and I'd be very careful about depositing into it. Have you seen it too ?
