They don't care at all. A member of their customer support team told me in their Telegram group, 'Who cares about this rating? We're still getting plenty of new players.' This is clearly a scam platform

I get this, especially in this situation; the review sold work as a warning for you, the players. You should stay away in the first place. 🙁 Of course we know the casino doesn't care.

After submitting a withdrawal request, my account was permanently blocked. Support (Marie) sent me a generic email citing Rules 7.5, 9.2, and 9.3, accusing me of fraud, coordinated betting, and using a VPN/proxy to mask my location.

I strongly dispute these claims:

No VPN/Proxy: I have never used a VPN or proxy on the site. All my account activity and logins originate from my genuine location in North Macedonia.

No Coordinated Betting: I only placed standard sports bets on legitimate events offered directly through their sportsbook provider, BetBy. I have not engaged in syndicate betting, account sharing, or collusion.

It's certainly not something one would expect and I'm sorry we could not help with the complaint request since it appeared that the winnings were gained through sports betting, which sadly ruled out possible investigation. At the same time, though the casino branch has been reviewed and considered unfair, with a terribly low Safety Index, in my opinion, it serves as a fair warning.

I'm sorry you had to go through such an ordeal.
