It strikes me that you do not pick up on a common theme in the threads and reviews, such as delay tactics and people waiting too long for withdrawals, and excuses from customer support. Breaking down large withdrawals which goes against their terms and conditions, to keep your balance active, to play more on the platform. I have read that from many of your users, yet, your safety index does not pick up on any of this.

Yes, because it is not something that the safety index consists of. Every player has the right, if he thinks that something was not fair to him, to file a complaint where our team will do whatever is necessary. Whether it is limits, long withdrawals, etc. If the casino doesn't try to resolve it, it will get black points.
If they resolve it, then they don't get them.
Of course, we are trying to consider all the possibilities that the casino could be holding back everything and if we see this in complaints and in large numbers, we are sure that our team would also talk about putting some warning in the casino review.
But some players are too much to wait even 3 days and that is not very telling if we should include such cases in the long withdrawal package.

Yes, I agree with you that if the casino handles withdrawals in 3 days, but in my case, and many other cases, as you can see, there are delay tactics imposed by this casino.
If multiple people are reporting delay tactics, you would think there is some truth to that, and therefore, adjust your safety rating or mention this in the red points, such as "Some players report withdrawal delays" in your opening about the casino.
I can see you have had many complaints about delays, and also currently, 2 open complaints about delays from July.
CasinoGuru must improve to understand this, as it will become a source of misinformation. For example, I used to trust only your score, but I now cross-check multiple sites, as some of your scoring is questionable.

I totally understand where your opinion is coming from and it is not bad at all I would say. If I was on the players side I would feel the same way. But our team has to decide when there are enough of those cases and when to give some of those warnings. I wouldn't like it if I had to wait a long time for money either.
Of course, if a warning is to be put in the review I think the players will know about it or at least see it, I can try to ask about it.
However, I would like to add that you should also look at the other information I have in our review for the casino. Never just look at the score. User reviews, complaints, try to check the threads about the casino sometime, what players write, that's what's important. The score is based on different factors that we have stated and sometimes it can happen that a casino for example starts to be unreliable and slowly goes down the safety index, but this is best found out by complaints and the like.
