Yes, we try to contact the casino when necessary, but the player must have a complaint to do so.
We give casinos 14 days to pay the player and if they don't we investigate the situation.

It was good at one point…. it’s just whatever is going on now has been since the start of this year and it’s just crappy service.

According to what I've seen user reviews and they have great. Based on the comments on the forum, it would probably be rather superficial to make a safety index and therefore a rating, don't you think?
Also user reviews don't shape the safety index, so you've said two things that have absolutely no say in what rating a casino has or will have.
The most important thing is probably the complaints and of course other factors. When the casino does not address the situation and the complaints would end up being unresolved, that is when the safety index changes the most often.

It strikes me that you do not pick up on a common theme in the threads and reviews, such as delay tactics and people waiting too long for withdrawals, and excuses from customer support. Breaking down large withdrawals which goes against their terms and conditions, to keep your balance active, to play more on the platform. I have read that from many of your users, yet, your safety index does not pick up on any of this.

I do not know, their site and the overview states a weekly maximum payout amount, I would not say it is against the terms and conditions. From reading the past 2,3 pages I can see that smaller amounts get paid and bigger amounts are a bit delayed. Having seen much worse out there, I will sign up with some 20 dollars or so 🙂

So take it from someone who has been there for a few years, Ryan.
They change the deposit withdrawal amounts whenever they like, regardless of the terms, stating either, the business is under new ownership or it is a management decision.
I had £50k waiting and they would only do me £2.5k every 12 working days. After the first 12 days, I got a payment, and then waited three weeks for the next one. This is NOT in their terms and conditions.
The delay tactics, as mentioned by many others, are done purposely and with intent to keep you gambling so they do not have to pay out.
Spend your 20 dollars wisely my friend.

Over the past 6 months. I have won big three times with them in total and each time the same thing has happened.
