Προφανώς αυτό είναι κάτι στο οποίο δεν είσαι συνηθισμένος και αφενός το καταλαβαίνω, αφετέρου τα καζίνο είναι διαφορετικά και δεν είναι το ίδιο παντού, κάτι που πρέπει να γνωρίζεις και εσύ ο ίδιος πια.

Τέλος πάντων, ούτε εμένα θα μου πάρει πολύ χρόνο, αυτό που μετράει είναι αυτό που θεωρούμε μεγάλο. Για παράδειγμα, δεν θα με πείραζε να περιμένω μια εβδομάδα για τα χρήματα, δύο θα ήταν αρκετές.

Έχω δει παίκτες που έγραψαν εδώ και είπαν ότι δεν είχαν χρήματα για 16 ώρες, οπότε μου είναι λίγο ακατανόητο.

Εξαρτάται από πολλά πράγματα, εννοώ τις αναλήψεις, αλλά τα καζίνο δεν πληρώνουν πάντα χρήματα αμέσως και έχω την αίσθηση ότι χρησιμοποιούν τακτικές όπου περιμένουν από τον παίκτη να χάσει ο ίδιος τα χρήματα.

Πιστεύετε ότι χρησιμοποιούν αυτή την τακτική με τους ανθρώπους που δεν κάνουν αναλήψεις τώρα;

Οι περιπτώσεις μπορεί να ποικίλλουν και δεν μπορώ να γενικεύσω. Μερικοί παίκτες πιστεύουν ότι το καζίνο χρησιμοποιεί τέτοιες τακτικές ακόμα και όταν περνούν από επαλήθευση.

Για εμάς είναι αρκετά φυσιολογικό ο παίκτης να λάβει τα χρήματα εντός 14 ημερών. Μετά από αυτό θα ήταν πάρα πολύ για μένα προσωπικά.

Οπότε μπορεί να είναι ή να μην είναι.🤷‍♂️

With all due respect, that wouldn't be a smart tactic. I always get my money quickly, but unfortunately I'm still missing the big win.

It's really sad what's happening there right now! I was really impressed with the casino a while back, but now it's just exhausting, dubious, and I can't recommend it anymore. It will be my last time, too. I think it's a real shame, but I'd rather play somewhere where the terms and conditions and their guidelines still have value...!

No, no, I've already made a few withdrawals there. At first, it was always paid out within 24 hours at the latest, but in the last few weeks and months, it's gotten worse and worse...

But there are several options for withdrawals, so that shouldn't be a problem either...

In any case, nothing happened today...I don't think so tomorrow either, and they don't pay out on the weekend...so much for 24 hours...ridiculous...

I can only advise everyone to stay away from them, it's just too unsafe and very shady there these days!!!

Nein nein ich habe schon einige Auszahlungen dort gemacht. Am Anfang war es auch immer spätestens nach 24h ausgezahlt aber in den letzten Wochen bzw Monaten wurde es immer schlimmer...

Erst letzte Woche hatte ich 600€ stehen und habe 2 tage gewartet wo nix passiert ist und habe es natürlich dann verspielt. Und das ist auch nicht das erstemal. Das hat glaube mittlerweile System. Aber diesmal nicht und hole mir meine Kohle da raus!

Die sagen mir die ganze Woche schon es gibt irgendwelche Probleme. Da frage ich mich was das für Probleme sein sollen außer das die pleite wären...?!? Aber wie gesagt ich denke die spielen auf Zeit...ansonsten könnten die ja ganz transparent das Problem ansprechen das man evtl Verständnis dafür hat....oder ein Finanzinstitut macht Ärger aber dafür gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten zum auszahlen daran sollte es also auch nicht scheitern....

Auf jedenfall ist heute wieder nix passiert...Morgen glaube ich auch nicht mehr dran und am Wochenende zahlen die nicht aus...soviel zum Thema 24h...lächerlich...

Ich kann jeden nur raten, Finger weg von denen, dort ist es einfach zu unsicher und sehr zwielichtig mittlerweile!!!

Βλέπω ότι περιμένεις και εσύ ανάληψη. Υποθέτω ότι δεν είναι κάτι καινούργιο στο καζίνο αν ένας παίκτης περιμένει αρκετές μέρες.

Θα έδινα πάντα μια επιφύλαξη στη διαφήμιση για γρήγορες αναλήψεις, επειδή μπορεί να προκύψουν προβλήματα, αλλά φυσικά δεν υπερασπίζομαι το καζίνο.

Τι σας είπαν λοιπόν για τα συγκεκριμένα προβλήματα;

Δεν ξέρω, το ίδιο το καζίνο πρέπει να μας πει τι συμβαίνει. Θα περιμένουμε απάντηση από τον άλλο παίκτη, αλλά νομίζω ότι θα είναι απλώς κάποια βασικά πράγματα που του είπαν.

Όλοι περιμέναμε εβδομάδες ολόκληρες, αυτό είναι το πρόβλημα με την ίδια απάντηση από τη δομή της εταιρείας.

I'm in contact with them daily, and with a different person every day...which is why I get different answers when I ask about the problem...I heard this week that it's supposedly not the casino's fault, then they wrote again that the problem had been solved and that they would process the delayed payouts immediately (that was on Tuesday).

On Wednesday, they said there were still problems. Later, I was told that support has no contact with the finance department and therefore couldn't say when the payout would be made.

So, very confusing and misleading for my taste! No transparency, and really poor customer service! And to top it all off, I'm getting offers to deposit every day...!!! You have to think about it. They don't pay out, but they constantly send you bonus offers to deposit...!?!

Ich bin täglich mit denen in Austausch und zwar jeden tag mit einem anderen...auf die frage nach dem problem bekommt man deshalb auch unterschiedliche Antworten...Ich habe die woche schon gehört das es nicht anden casino liegt angeblich, dann wieder schrieben sie das es problem gelöst wäre und man umgehend die verspäteten Auszahlungen bearbeiten wird(das war am Dienstag)

Mittwoch meinte man es gibt weiterhin probleme. Später sagte man mir der Support hat kein Kontakt zur finanzabteilung und könne daher nicht sagen wann die Auszahlung erfolgt.

Also also sehr verwirrend und irreführend für mein Geschmack! Keine Transparenz und ein wirklich sehr schlechter Umgang mit den Leuten! Und die Krönung ist das ich momentan jeden tag irgendwelche Angebote zum einzahlen bekomme...!!! Das muss man sich mal überlegen, zahlen nicht aus aber schicken einen ständig bonusangebote zum einzahlen...!?!

That's roughly how it works all the time...my payout is approved and they will contact me when it's ready and when I ask when this will happen, they simply don't respond...for 15 minutes without an answer

So ungefähr geht das auch ständig...meine Auszahlung wird genehmigt und man wird sich melden wenn es soweit ist und auf nachfrage wann dies geschehen soll, reagiert man einfach nicht...seit 15min ohne Antwort
