Το Askgamblers έχει επίσης ζυγίσει. Και τους έχουν στείλει μήνυμα πολλές φορές και δεν τους έχουν απαντήσει. Όσο συνεχίζεται αυτό, τόσο περισσότερο χαζεύουν. Θα περιμένω μέχρι τη Δευτέρα, αν δεν δω τα λεφτά, δεν το πιστεύω. Και αν δεν υπάρχει βοήθεια από εσάς, τότε πρέπει να ζητήσετε από έναν δικηγόρο να το φροντίσει. Και στις δύο περιπτώσεις, ο λογαριασμός παιχνιδιού μου είναι εντάξει και επιβεβαιωμένος. Έχω όλα τα στοιχεία, οπότε με αυτές τις προοπτικές, θα πρέπει να έχω μια νίκη

Δυστυχώς δεν πιστεύω πλέον ότι πληρώνουν. Δεν δείχνει ούτε απόδειξη πληρωμής ή τίποτα. Τώρα περιμένω 7 μέρες όταν ζήτησα απόδειξη πληρωμής και δεν κατάφεραν να το στείλουν.. και λαμβάνω προσφορές από το casino sieger κάθε μέρα.. έχουν χρόνο για αυτό αλλά δεν το κάνουν να έχετε την απόδειξη πληρωμής. Κάποιος να παρέμβει σε αυτό το συντομότερο, σίγουρα θα αρχίσει να πληρώνει αμέσως, περιμένουμε λεφτά σχεδόν 3 εβδομάδες, κάτι είναι σάπιο εδώ

I don't think this is the way a casino should communicate with its players, but I have a feeling that it is becoming a negative trend from time to time. I understand that when a player finds himself in such a situation, he would like an explanation and of course to get his money. 

I would certainly remind myself to the casino, although I don't know if it would be irrelevant, since they have taken a stance where they don't answer. 

As for contacting a lawyer, we probably won't be able to help you in this case. You have to take that initiative. Of course, any evidence will be welcome and I think it will only help.

I also understand that it would probably be most reassuring if you had a receipt, but you can see for yourself that the casino is not too keen on giving you one. However, our team will try to do the best they can and will try to help. 

Anyway, it's obviously hard to wait in this case, but that's all we have left. If something changes, let us know.

Σας το είπα την πρώτη μέρα. Που δεν θα σου απαντήσουν καν. Τηλεφώνησα την άδεια παιχνιδιού τους δεν απαντούν.. έστειλα email τίποτα.. σκατά mg άδεια είναι εκεί!! Κάθε μέρα υπάρχουν προσφορές από το casino sieger, έχουν χρόνο για αυτό.. κοντεύουμε να πάμε 4 εβδομάδες χωρίς καμία πληροφορία για τα χρήματα. Δεν υπάρχουν πληροφορίες για την απόδειξη πληρωμής. Σίγουρα είναι δύσκολο να αποσταλεί όταν δεν έχει γίνει η πληρωμή. Αλλά οι askgamblers δεν μπορούσαν να κάνουν 2 εβδομάδες που δεν νομίζω ότι θα το κάνω. Όλα τα καζίνο είναι μαλακίες. Το καλύτερο είναι να επικοινωνήσετε με έναν δικηγόρο και την αστυνομία σήμερα και να πάτε τα χρήματα στο δικαστήριο ακόμα κι αν έρθουν. Και να τους κάνει να πληρώσουν για όλα και αποζημίωση για αυτό. Αυτό είναι έγκλημα που δεν μου πληρώνουν τα λεφτά!

Since the casino is not trying to respond, and I see that you added a screenshot of where your complaint was closed on the other platform, we'll see how it goes here. I don't want to be skeptical, but I'm also worried that the casino won't make much of an effort to resolve this issue. 

However, as you say, it might be a good idea to contact some legal services and see where you get, although I believe the process could take quite a long time. 

For now, we have no choice but to wait and see if something new comes up. I would like to firmly believe that it will. I wish you good nerves.

Look, I'm sorry you picked this casino as your source of entertainment. When you're speaking about the police, did you take any steps to start that?

I also noticed, and I have to mention, to my biggest surprise, that this casino seems to be still licensed in Malta. I hope they have changed. Since I won a nice amount with free spins, I decided to give Casino Sieger a chance even though it doesn't have good reviews, but it does have an mga-license..

I made first sure with the customer service that I did everything right before depositing and requesting a withdrawal according to their instructions. The withdrawal should be done within about 48 hours, but it's been a week. I sent a message to the casino but I haven't heard back yet. The withdrawal hasn't been declined, it's been approved, so why is it taking so long? I made the deposit through Brite and I think the withdrawal was also done through Brite. I guess I'll wait and see.. I hope I haven't been completely scammed 😕

I should have read about the experiences of others here first, then I might have done things differently with this Casino. In my case we're not talking about large sums, but it's a shame to lose even a smaller amount to scammers if that's what happens here..

Did they approve your withdrawal without verification, or is your account already verified, please?

I sent two separate messages to the casino but I haven't received a response. However, the money appeared in my bank account! It took much longer than stated, although Brite is supposed to be a fairly fast withdrawal. The account confirmation was basically a link I received via email and had to log in, but I don't remember sending any separate documents to the casino. Good thing the casino followed their own instructions and the money finally arrived!
