Hi everyone,

I recently won around $9,600 CAD on Betlabel and requested 4 withdrawals (three of $3,000 and one of $640) back to my Canadian Mastercard (National Bank of Canada). 

The withdrawals were approved by the casino on Saturday, October 24, using the NTU merchant processing route. As of Tuesday morning, the funds haven’t reached my card balance yet, while my deposits made over the weekend just cleared overnight. 

Live support mentions a typical 48-hour timeframe and is already asking for a PDF bank statement to initiate a query. 

Since it was approved on a weekend, I assume business days (Monday/Tuesday) apply for interbank settlement. For other Canadian players here:

Have you successfully received Mastercard card payouts from Betlabel or similar platforms via these merchant routing channels?

How long did it realistically take to reflect on your credit balance (2-3 business days or longer)?

Just looking to confirm if this timeframe is normal or if processing issues/reversals often happen with Mastercard withdrawals.

Hi 👋, I’m not a Canadian player, but I think your point about the weekend is worth considering. Approval on the casino’s side doesn’t necessarily mean the money was sent to your card at that exact moment. It may mean the withdrawal was passed to the payment provider for processing.

So I wouldn’t automatically take the gap between Saturday’s approval and Tuesday morning as a sign that something has gone wrong. It would help to clarify whether support’s 48-hour estimate means business hours and whether it starts from approval or from the payment actually being sent.
