Tried out this freshly opened casino last night and this morning, with the 100% 1st deposit bonus which saw me have about a 1,000x my spin stake to play around with. Slots were dead as can be and I busted out only 36% into the wagering. Can hardly fault the casino for that, I guess, but still a poor experience.
The site looks and feels rushed and unpolished and lacks proper sorting of the games. You can't sort by provider, and you can't add to favorites either. There were also some bugs and glitches, like I kept getting a pop up that my loyalty level had increased but when I checked it I hadn't gotten a single point towards any loyalty program. Gameplay was interrupted on several occasions as well, forcing up to several reloads.
The welcome package is well below what you get in most casinos. Of course, a 100% is always nice but this one does come with a max withdrawal limit which higher stakes players might easily reach, and usually you get like 50-100 FS along with the match bonus but not a single extra spin here.
They run some internal tournaments but most appear to be in the "coming soon" stage. Also, while playing Pragmatic slots, the trophy tournament symbol was up there in the left corner of the game screen but it said it was inactive.
One great thing is that they offer the higher RTP version of the slots. For example, Big Bass Splash (Pragmatic/Reel Kingdom) is at 96,7%, Oktoberfest (NLC) at 96,75%., and Lucky Crew (BGaming) at 96%. My own, actual RTP on these 3 however, after about 2k spins which admittedly is a small sample size, was 47%, 30%, and 35%. But again, I'm not blaming the casino for that.
MC deposit went real smooth and there weren't any fees tied to it either. Deposit and bonus was in my account instantly.
I was expecting slightly more from a brand new Dama casino tbh, and I doubt I'll revisit them sometime soon.
