hello, my name is Vasile Eusebiu Cirstean I want to share what happened to me at this casino called b7casino.

so everything started in November 2023, then I created the account, all good and beautiful, eleven successful withdrawal requests with different amounts, the biggest withdrawal was 3,000 euros. so in short I want to tell you that my account is totally verified with all the necessary documents requested by them.

so everything is beautiful until now, a day ago I contacted the support chat. I got in touch with a person named Manu. I asked him in the most diligent way why it takes more than 72 hours for one of the 3 withdrawal requests to be approved. He said that players from the Netherlands are not allowed to use this casino, suddenly the chat was closed and the account was disabled.

Now I want to share with you the total amount of money that is waiting, I also have a screenshot if necessary, please give me an email to give you this photo.

9,000 euros are divided into 3 withdrawal requests, if you know well the b7 casino has a limit, you can't request more than 3,000. Only once every 24 hours.

I think it is enough to understand what the problem actually is.

It is true that I live in the Netherlands but I work here temporarily. it does not mean that I am also a resident of this country.

When you said you have "eleven successful withdrawal requests with different amounts, the biggest withdrawal was 3,000 euros", were you playing from your country, from Romania? Do I understand that correctly? Later on, when you played from Netherlands, your account was blocked, because they do not accept players from Netherlands, right? Did you get this kind of explanation from the support?

Now to your issue. Frankly, at this point, we are convinced you should try to cooperate with the casino in order to reach a conclusion. As now, you probably know

"If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you."

In hand with that, I would prefer to know whether you have confirmation saying your account was verified. I'm quite convinced the withdrawal is pending due to the incomplete verification. That would be the easiest yet most common explanation, though.

Let me just say that we give the casinos 14 days to sort out the withdrawal process and you are basically just at the beginning, so I wouldn't panic. Also, based on what you describe, you played with the bonus and managed to meet the wagering, but the casino took your money probably because the bonus is subject to a maximum cashout, which is normal if it's some kind of no deposit bonus. 

However, do you also have a successfully verified casino account when you say that you sent your ID there? 

Either way, you'll have to be patient and wait for your money. If you have another update let me know.

So yeah, and I did not mean scam as in 100% but it look like one, as when I see 400 euros + disappear haha.

But again I just want this pending to be accepted, so I see this all is real and legit.

And I will also of course change all my complaints if this gets fixed.

But till now I am still waiting, and the site says 72 hour max to take pending away and accept this withdrawal but that's also not really true, maybe change that part as well because it's miss leading.

But okay let's hope I get my money soon

Can someone please take my complaint away, B7 casino actually fixed my problem and it was all a miss understanding, because of a majore player base it took longer, but they fixed it and I wanna say sorry I just was a bit worry about my cash but it's all fixed.

I have been verified, I have made several payouts of a total of 3000 euros and there was still 1400 euros left, now this payout has been pending for a while, yesterday I had it paid out again on the account and I kept chatting via chat, the only thing you hear is Please be patient, you are being checked, the money will be back in the account a week later, I would have it paid again, I would pay with the rest that I had not let it out, play, I am completely blocked!! How bizarre and mean.

I recalled a fellow player from the Netherlands, describing issues with the very same casino. And I also see it ended up well in the end!

So, if you don't mind me moving your post here, I would also like to ask a few questions regarding your situation:

It seems that the pending sum is always returned back to your casino account, right?

This means the withdrawal has never made it to you. Do you have any chance of trying different payment options, perhaps?

To be completely honest, I'm not pretty sure I figured the problem out correctly. So please, if you could explain the current events in any other way, or better - provide any information you have officially gotten from the casino so far, that would help a lot!

What about your casino account, for example? Can you access it now? If not, could that be because of an ongoing verification, maybe?

I currently cannot log in to B7casino, I am completely blocked so I cannot answer your questions. After logging in 5 times after being blocked, I have now already exceeded the number of logins. So I really can't do or see anything at all.

I have sent them several emails, at least 5 (in 2 weeks) and no response to any. I've spoken to them more often in the live chat, but you don't get any help there either. All they say is that your account will be additionally verified, which will take time and you will hear from us soon by email, so no. The result is that I have been blocked and I don't know why, apparently I have something on my mind that I don't yet know what they encountered during the extra verification.

You say that you have just experienced a similar story, but were these people also blocked and could no longer log in?

Radka was actually talking about the player from Netherlands above in this thread. He experienced similar issues, where his account was also blocked, and at the end his case was successfully resolved and he received his money.
