Έχω ένα ηχογραφημένο βίντεο και μια εκτύπωση από την προηγούμενη μέρα του τουρνουά, όταν ήμουν δεύτερος.

Δεν έλυσαν καν το παράπονό μου για τη μη πίστωση της επιστροφής μετρητών, κανείς από το Καζίνο δεν απάντησε στο παράπονο. Σκέφτομαι να ανοίξω αυτό το παράπονο για το τουρνουά μετά από αυτό το παράπονο.

Try mentioning it in the complaint you have open about this casino. I think our team will take care of it and you won't have to open a new one. That would be better than waiting again when you're already dealing with something at this casino.
