I think you are being consistent and trying hard. I don't understand why the casino can't help you in this situation and clearly explain what the problem is. If they can't even say which time period they need to see on the statement, and you have two different options or more, I'm not surprised that you probably don't know what to send either.
With a problem like this, I would expect more interest from the casino, because if no one is talking to you and you're just getting the same answers over and over again, or answers that are irrelevant, it doesn't help much.
Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about it, but as I mentioned, another resolver is dealing with the complaint, and I believe they will fight it out with you.
You'll just have to be patient, as it's the holiday season and there are quite a few complaints.
But I believe it will be resolved.
