The casino blocked my ability to chat on they're support channels,my email is blocked as well because they don't react on my emails,they refuse to send me gambling history.

I just found out that they're license to operate is not valid anymore.

So now everything make sense.

This is an illegally casino

The casino blocked my account and confiscated 27000 thousands euro real money. From November 2024 they refuse to answer to my emails and they block any of my attempts to get in touch with them.

I have an unsolved complain here and as well on ask gamblers forum.

The casino formulate fake accusations towards me without showing any proofs to me or to you're team.

Now I'm involved with a lawsuit company who is willing to help me recover my funds but the casino is continuously blocking my attempts to get in touch with them. I've tried from different email addresses, I've tried everything and they simply ignore me.

Maybe we can invite a representative from this scam casino to join this discussion.

I've reported them to all possible gambling authorities but seems that they don't have any licenses to operate. I've reported them to Curacao,all European gambling authorities, bodies, I've opened complaints to all forums possible and seems that nothing can affect them because there is no active license holder connected with them. And the most curious fact nobody from Curacao responded even after months.

It's pretty sad, but I would probably focus on the lawsuit you have going on. That's about the only chance you've got if nobody's answering you. 

Sad that cases like this have to happen instead of the casino paying out the player normally.😕

They don't respond to anyone and you're team can check right now ,the casino doesn't have any valid licence to operate from any gambling authorities or government.

Well, I'd say that the license has nothing to do with the ability to communicate, but I understand your point. The truth is that once the management considers the problem closed on their end, no one will eventually respond to the same matter. This is a normal expectation.

I wish we could have helped you, but the casino refused. I think it's pointless to argue whether the owner or affiliates respond to our colleagues now. They do, but they do not care enough in most cases and yours has been closed to them.

Pursue the lawsuit, I'd say.

Casino guru should ban this casino,I see they blocked Netherlands,so means they where illegally approaching dutch players as well as those from UK.

Μέσα σε 5 ημέρες, έκανα ανάληψη 5.000, 1.000 την ημέρα, αλλά τα χρήματα ήταν πάντα στον τραπεζικό μου λογαριασμό μέσα σε λίγες ώρες. Έπρεπε να ελέγξεις μόνος σου.

I understand your experience was devastating, and hence it is important to show it to others; banning is not the way. In my opinion, the details are quite precise:

Who would deposit at such a casino? Quite a risk if you ask me. However, the point is that, despite their decision not to pay you the amount you won, the same casino and management may still pay out lower winnings without issue.

If I may comment on this situation, I think you are both correct from your separate perspectives. As I said, it is not that unusual that a single casino occasionally refuses to pay out a handful of money to a single player, usually a very concrete situation that ruins the Safety Index, while at the same time the less significant sums may be paid without issues.

I believe this is happening.

So, can you consider stopping accusing each other, please? 🙏
