What is mildly amusing yet super frustrating is Barclays lets you dispute multiple transactions via one form. Would have saved me 4 hours doing the first 10 then further information for another 10…..At least I know for the other 8 on Wednesday.

I won over 4000 with them last time tho, and then had a relapse and re did it. I just feel they will say its my fault. I do feel they should have picked up on all the foreign currency transactions though, which I could state. They gave me a gambling advisor too, so technically they have done their bit.. but the advisor I had I felt like she was very blunt and critical, made me feel worse about myself rather than asking about why I was gambling she was very harsh. So I dunno what route I could go down I'll have a think! I just want to continue normally again, that's winning to me

Suppose the question is are there only a few and chance goods not received or if you had success last time on the incorrect code do it again get it straight to complaints. I have done that with Barclays she just said we can link it up and do 12.7 invalid data again. It is worth a go isn’t it worse they say is no, I think they probably a little more understanding now. Do you have an email I can share what I have drafted see if helps will need to change the 12.7 and 13.5 to the Mastercard equivalent and obviously some wording as that is specific to me. Disclaimer though it may be incorrect but I have taken some advice from a very kind and helpful user to write mine.

The thing is the banks are not equipped
to deal with this and basically signpost you to external parties mainly like you say to cover
themselves in case of something horrendous happening.
We have been over it before but Government needs to intervene, yes we are responsible for
our own actions but any of us can go on non GameStop and play or go to a bookies different town and do the wages in 30 mins

I have had a transaction on my credit card (Donbet) appear on the statement as DOTABLITZ LTD and the description as Digital Goods - Games.
Does anyone think I have any case here for a chargeback? It's through Mastercard

I know plus the banks fail every-time the transactions pass through so in a way they cover their ass by doing the chargebacks the thing is though you get £200 if you switch to another bank so why worry if they close your account plus you should get plenty of notice they have not warned me once about closing the account
I know, my credit card doesn’t really matter or Chase they are utterly crap although they do raise just at snail pace. Like you say just change I am fortunate no overdraft but do understand not as easy for others. I have a call with Barclays tomorrow ultimately 12.7 can be done credit cards in law cannot be used for gambling so they just need to refund then I can wait for Chase gives me something to look forward to due the crap times being like 3 months

Hi buddy, yes it is Mastercard. I have an email already drafted.. been there for almost 3 weeks! I just haven't had the courage to send it! I will shoot you an email tomorrow see if there is anything I could add from yours.
Ok yes I do not use an overdraft as it is just like an expensive loan really but some might have one it can be a long haul but well worth it in the end im sure you will come out of it better !
