I played only on one casino for all the transactions from this year.

but i think the one that revolut contacted told them or any of those I E-Mailed

hahaha yeah just seen that. I am going to log in and say:

"if the the T&C's say you have to be a content creator, why are you allowing casinos that are not on gamstop to make transactions through yourselves?"

Hopefully goes through for you. I am in the process of changing all my goods not received on visa to stating I want them to chargeback under 12.7. There’s 18 of them so I thought goods is way to dodgy despite it still being correct. VISA state you can change the code and it still be ok, I’m guessing mine will go complaints.

Ok will see how it goes away to Spain for 10 days tomorrow the goods not received thing they seem to have combatted that one with the fake invoices

When I raised the chargebacks I got an auto rejection message so I emailed complaints

Ah fair one - usually when they send that if you just ring them they just get you to email proof over and they put them through. They’ve only just put my Terrvers ones through after fighting for over a month! Now got to wait 45 days from last Tuesday before I get the funds as I switched the account out

Yeah and there is that whole question around fraud from us, wrongly but still someone in a call centre will see 18 chargebacks then go let’s investigate this lad haha.

The one I spoke to today was cagey as anything hence me now sending in loads about 12.7 and 13.5 VISA and doing the new ones under those. The good thing is the actual VISA rules say lots start as goods not received but can easy change to something else should evidence arrive, for me it’s just about trying to get them to do it as the merchants cannot dispute the 12.7 or 13.5.

Ok just did it that way could not be bothered calling the last time I did they were giving me the run around it takes a while im not bothered though as long as I get it and beat the scam casino scum !

Yes I got some tosser the last time I called so just did the email route no point trying to explain it all to some thick student or rookie who can only do basics and trying to argue the case ! will do mate it is a good chance to reset the batteries👌

Did you do it with the bank we discussed in the past Paul? I never asked them to reraise mine the second time felt too embarrassed, but there is still a good 4 figures of transactions I'd like to claim back. Are you now doing it a third time with the same bank?

I’m on the second go round mate 18 transactions Barclaycard 10 Chase. Get it done balls to what someone thinks as long as you don’t lie which none of us are either route you go down should be ok.
