Funny enough this morning after 3 weeks of waiting I have had a response from the police tax commerce who have said my details have been forwarded directly to the company so I will update you if anything happens

Why is it that some of the staff you speak to in the bank are more than understanding and others (same bank!) want you to jump through hoops telling you they can’t submit the chargebacks. This is so frustrating 😩

RBS refusing to raise Terrvers for me as I was open and said it was for gambling. They have now logged a complaint which I will be taking straight to the FOS as I have seen so many of these go in our favour especially when they see the incorrect MCC’s used and the gambling blocks in place on the account. Funny how they raised the Webmosac ones but won’t touch these

Can you provide their email? Maybe i got a wrong one, but regarding my complaint, Polish police reply:

"we would like to inform you that, according to under Polish law, you are entitled to it pursuant to Art. 304 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, submitting a report on suspicion of committing a crime to the nearest Police Station or Prosecutor's Office.

Pursuant to Art. 174 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Polish law, evidence from witnesses cannot be replaced by notes, e-mails, etc., therefore you must appear in person at the Police Station or Prosecutor's Office and submit your testimony on the record and confirm it with your own signature.

You may also submit the notification in the country where you are staying.

Proceedings may be initiated upon submission of an official notification."
