Elegro will just tell you to go through your bank and they'll deal with them, they won't ever help directly themselves, the NikoTPFs are the worst bunch vendor wise as they seem to not exist outside of our bank statements, nobody can pinpoint where the majority are based or where the money ends up...

So update - pre arbitration has also failed with my bank - am going to ring them now to see why exactly - but dont even think Im going to bother raising with FOS - doesnt seem to be any point to it at all anymore
Yes I know ,but someone said i think visa has protection for customers in cases like this.I will just have to wait and see what happenes as my case went in just before it dissolved.
They say they don't do refunds and Visa and mastercard deal with it and to contact them their site has no active phone number or no live chat you also need to be registered to send and recive funds on that site .it states
worth raising as there may be a chance you could win, even if it is slim, if not then it's another case where the bank are being investigated by an external body, this may encourage them to put in some kind of framework to deal with these situations
